  1. For an organization of ours, we've given time to those who haven't panned out, but once again we have to be patient with Edwards. He is only a 2nd year QB, but looks like he still could be a great QB some day. Of course it's not going to happen next week, but we just have to remember even Montana, Peyton, Brady, Marino, etc.....will have days where they throw 3 picks.
  2. Mitchell had the only sack and only int, he has been such a quality LB I wish we could have seen what he and Crowell could have done together.
  3. Lets go Bills, give us something to be thankful for.
  4. Well if you woke up on Monday and had no memory of the games because you blacked out, that would be better.
  5. A sack against Cutler would be nice, or am I asking for too much?
  6. Bring back Kelly Holcomb! Bring back Bennie Anderson! Bring back Tim Anderson! Okay so it could be worse.
  7. Mitchell could get 20 tackles today
  8. It's like that scene in little giants where they gain a yard and everyone celebrates.
  9. Well.....at least this is a learning experience.
  10. 3 points AND 350 net yards. Gotta take someone really special to only score 3 points
  11. We should get an easy 4th place schedule, such as playing the chiefs, browns, and texans. Reed has really become a good receiver and I'm glad for him, someone who was given time to develop and earned it. D-Line had a really good game today.
  12. Kelsay and Denney actually had pretty darn good games, maybe they aren't so useless.
  13. I thought Fewell did a great job today. When you allow your opponent to only score 10 points you should win. The defense did everything it could to help us win today.
  14. Well I believe people are also counting if we had went for a FG instead of going for it on the 4th down we did not convert.
  15. Agreed, once we can make it to the playoffs THEN we can worry about making it to the superbowl.
  16. In this order: I blame them primarily 1. Jauron (Vicariously Ralph) 2. Turk Others who didn't help 3 and 4. Trent/JP 5. Lindell The reason I put this mostly on the shoulders of Jauron and Turk is due to the fact of the inability for our offense to score even One touchdown against a 49ers team that was not impressive at all. Turk didn't know how to take advantage of our running game that was working and instead had 38 passing attempts to 25 rushing ones. Multiple times in the redzone, passing on tight plays that we should have ran the ball. I know there is no proof that the running plays would have worked, but based on player performance today they would have been more favorable. I believe that Jauron is ultimately responsible for the outcome for our games. When it became apparent that Turk couldn't do a good job today Jauron needed to take over. He is the head coach for a reason and it was his responsibility to make sure that we score more than 3 or even 12 points when we gain 350 total yards to a team that gained 195. He is responsible, whether that means we need to let him go is the front staffs decision, but in my opinion he is the person most responsible for our loss.
  17. Well, if the Cleveland game is a good example I would ask why would we be in a position to only win by a fg against a team that I believe we are more talented than. Denney and Kelsay looked like all class DEs against this team, and our running game was fantastic, we could/should/(with a good coach) would have beaten them by more than 12-10.
  18. Trent and JP might suck, but the fact is that on 25 runs we had 156 yards. Even without lynchs 50 yarder that's 106 in 24 carries. about 4.4/4.5 YPC. Passing attempts: 38 Rushing attempts: 25. Definitely gotta blame the coaches for this one.
  19. Before it was a question if it was the talent or the play calling, in games like this where there is no reason for us to lose it becomes more clear. Send a petition, I'll sign it.
  20. Get talent on the O-Line and D-Line, even if it means developing guys who will be good in 2-3 years. Get an experienced vet who can be competant even behind a bad line (Captain checkdown type) and develop a quarterback back up to take over in a couple years.
  21. If our coaches knew how to run a football game, we would have won 20-10.
