  1. Need 100 votes until I stop bumping this one
  2. Good point, maybe Fire Marshall Bill should devise an offensive philosophy in which the Offensive line has 5 lineman, 2 TE's and one other WR blocking. That would be 8 guys on the offensive line, 1 QB, 1 RB and 1 WR to deceive the defense. Hell, even put all the WR's on the line, imagine this press excerpt. "In an odd attempt to shore up the offensive line the bills have asked WR's peerless price and Lee Evans to add 150 pounds to their frames." (peerless doesn't get his name capitalized anymore)
  3. I totally agree with you but be careful I got flamed earlier for starting a topic titled "13 pass attempts". He was drafted for his arm, legs and athletic ability. The JP that this team is attempting to mold is none of those three things. sad
  4. Could be, the damn sun hasn't appeared in about 5 days in the triple cities here.
  5. It's ridiculous I agree, there needs to be core players to build around. I sadly think that the core of this team is going to change in the off season and next year will be more rebuilding.
  6. When they don't look like they even care it's like spitting in ticket holders faces and everyone else who devotes time and energy to following and supporting them. In person against GB watching the offense consistently walking off the field with their heads down acting like they didn't give a sh-- really bothered me. (yes I actually swore) Spending so much money and not getting a product that's even fun to watch is very depressing. It's like getting a stocking full of poo on christmas. This team truly is the most boring team to watch when JP and company are on the field.
  7. Your points are good and taken into consideration. While I don't let a Bills loss ruin my week I do get bothered when the team that I love appears to be taking steps backwards as the season progresses. (offensively speaking)
  8. The following is not directing any sort of dislike to the mentioned players, I am merely trying to consider what will happen if they get sick of playing for Buffalo. It has to be getting quite old to be on such a pathetically inept team that appears to be regressing by every definition of the word. I do not want any of these players to push their way out the door but I think it will become a reality at seasons end. (don't quote me contract law , if a player wants out they usually can get traded or released) http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-b...ov=ap&type=lgns 1. I feel that Lee Evans would be an amazing receiver on a team that actually attempts a pass every now and then. His progress is being held back by whatever you believe (bad O-line, bad QB, bad offensive philosophy, etc.). In interviews Lee maintains calm and cool and has great patience. How long until he (and understandably) wants out? How long until he realizes that he could have a whopper of a career somewhere else. huge 1000 yard seasons with multiple TD's. Not to mention become a contributor to a winning team. Lee Evans is an extremely special player that would go to consecutive pro-bowls anywhere else. 2. Willis McGahee, while many are critical of him just imagine what he could do with a solid O-line and a pass game that pulls the linebackers and safeties out of the box on occasion. He managed almost 1300 yards last year on this abysmal team, imagine elsewhere. 3. Next is Nate Clements, I think he's gone even if the Bills try to keep him. Why stay on a team that appears to be going nowhere as far as offensive production and points scored are concerned. This defense cannot win games every week for the Bills. I used to be a Clements hater but now I realize that once he's gone our secondary is in deep deep trouble, next draft will probably focus on DB's yet again. This organization does not appear to have discipline/motivation issues now but if this team goes 3-13 it will be an ugly off season. You can't build if your foundation keeps giving out. I am depressed.
  9. Exactly, everyone hyped up his mobility as a way to take some pressure of the O-line. Well they were all completely wrong. Not only does he get sacked as often as Bledsuck, he seems to lose way way way way way way more yards. At 3-6 I'd sit him
  10. What the hell is this team doing? As others have pointed out the Bills coaching staff must have zero confidence in Losman if he attempts 13 passes. (I know in reality it was more due to sacks) You know what, I'm at whits end with this team. If you don't have the confidence in your QB to attempt to throw the freaking ball every now and then, then get rid of him or bench him. How many draws can you run on 3rd and long before you think the other team will catch on. Jauron is an overly intelligent version of Mularkey. Same old stupid playcalling, same old stupid excuses at the press conference. Jauron is starting to emerge as a terrible coach. I have no confidence in him and I do not see this team having any success as long as he is the coach. I'm getting sick of hearing how hard the team works every week in practice. If this team worked 1/10 as hard as he claims they would have won today. Leave town fire marshall Bill.
  11. McNally should be dumped, I'm so sick of hearing about how he works wonders. He sucks, no other coach (especially position) is given as many chances as he is. Run his ass outta town.
  12. I forgot about that. EF them both in their smug faces and EF Archie also, a-hole.
  13. Nice one visitor. I advocate the Bob Barker approach myself. Spay or neuter yourself today!!!! I know I did.
  14. Those same pigs gold me that Harrison will have 4 td's tomorrow. He's on my fantasy team. Colts 196 Bills 0
  15. Good points, which is why I benched Grossman this week in fantasy, he's being punished for sucking the last two weeks. by the way, how do you pronounce "daquixers" is it like "da-quick-sers" or does it have more of a french pronunciation to it?
  16. What's your paper on? If the topic of the paper is "Shameful displays of mediocrity" then you may want to watch the entire game. Colts 76 Bills 5
  17. Thank you for your advice, the reason that I dropped Alexander was that even before his injury he was not getting me many points (my league is heavy on points scored with minimum pts given for yardage) I also think that this is not his year for fantasy. I could be completely wrong but he's been sitting idle on my bench for the last 6 weeks. While I don't think A-train is stupendous, I think that he will be more productive than an injured or not 100% Alexander. I just dropped Losman and picked up John Kitna, Losman was more productive than Grossman a few times but not by much. Turnovers subtract points in my league so he lost me points big time the last two weeks. This week: QB Kitna RB A-Train RB Westbrook WR L. Evans (usually great the 2nd half of the season) WR Reggie Williams (forced to start since Berrian is out) WR Marvin Harrison TE Shockey K Kaeding D-ST Atlanta (I have Buffalo's D but I think they are going to get manhandled this week with pass TD's) Thanks for your advice
  18. Okay, I just picked up Anthony Thomas for my fantasy team. I dumped Shaun Alexander because I think that his injury is going to hamper him even when he returns. My two QB's are Losman and Grossman. Grossman has sucked ass the last 2 games and has lost me points with his stupid turnovers. Losman is not a huge producer but is not so much a turnover machine. Who to start? I'm not sure if I want to start A-Train as I have Ahman Green and Westbrook as my RB's but Green is historically terrible against the vikings. Westbrook is a machine though.
  19. This reminds me of Rocky 4 in that it's something that I probably won't watch on Sunday.
  20. I concur, I would ask the questions in this order. How about defensive tackles that don't get pushed off the ball as often? Have our DT's generated 1 sack or even a few tackles for loss? Tripplett is yet to be noticed and could end up being labeled a "bust" by seasons end. He is sooooooooo familiar with the cover 2 right? Then how come he's making the least impact? How about having more than 1 dominant O-lineman ("dominant" may be a stretch also) How about a HB with breakaway speed? WM can be productive but he is not a home run threat from 30+ yards out. And we all know how dreadful it is once the Bills 'O' gets in the red zone. It's just dissapointment and shame usually followed by a Lindell FG. As someone else pointed out in another thread, 3 of the 7 draft picks were used on the secondary and it appears that next year it will remain very weak. (assuming Nate leaves and McGee continues his 'poop bowl' level of play) Now here is the part where I would ask about the WR position.
  21. "I'd like to thank Peyton Manning for letting me borrow his Anal Lube before the game, there's just something about that guy that screams 'put things in my bum'. About today's game, I'm not sure, did we win? Hell if I know"
  22. Seriously though, tell me that name doesn't fit the face. Poor pecker head.
  23. I'm not sure what is wrong with Youboty. It's a bit concerning that he hasn't even suited up. What's more concerning is the seeming reality that the Bills have little or no comment on the matter. This team is going to need some big time help at CB with the expected departure of Clements and the questionable-at-best play of McGee. Having no solid CB's next year could alone prove to force this team into yet another frickin rebuilding year.
  24. With all due respect, go eat ass.
  25. "Boy Heath, you sure do got a perdy mouth"
