Maybe Jauron actually does read this damn message board? This sounds great to me. Let him run and make plays and roll out and throw, this is when the true evaluation will begin.

If we are in the top 5 picks next year....
generaLee83 replied to ans4e64's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
absolutely, trade a top five for another 1st round and a decent 2nd round Top five players are such a risk, the most expensive risk in football. Look at how Bush and Williams are performing this year. Nothing spectacular when both were touted as making immediate impacts on their team The only time super mario is ever mentioned is when he's injured -
75-85% of these people will probably re-sign with the same team

Patriots remove grass, install FieldTurf
generaLee83 replied to millbank's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The surface of the Pats field was ALWAYS an advantage to them. I think it will be hilarious if they lose more games at home now. Their reign may be over -
We've been hearing that since the beginning of his arrival here. What's the risk with firing him in the off season? He hasn't done sh_t since he got here, every other team has a better O-line than Buffalo. If he's the best O-line coach in the NFL he should at least be able to put a top 31 line together. fire the mouse

exactly, get a raiders jersey, steal a gun and go buy about 5 eight balls of crack oh yeah, drop your IQ by about 70 points also do these things my young paduwan and you will be a true raiders fan and your chick will go nuts, you'll get laid every night, maybe even get the tailpipe

whoa, I wasn't making any historical references in my post, I was recalling a skit that portrayed Stockdale as dimentia laden. I deeply apologize if my language was confusing or misleading and forced you to refer to me as a "poor student of history" I don't know enough about Stockdale to actually formulate an opinion on him or his political views. -
I have no idea what to expect at this point. The Bills have an athletic team with lots of potential but it's kind of like "wish in one hand and sh_t in the other" with them this year. I have no expectations.

Thank you, this is exactly what needs to happen.

End of season cuts...villarial, KH, Everett, PP,
generaLee83 replied to genomich's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I dont' see Reyes being cut at all. He's injured right now but when he was playing there was little mention of him making mistakes or giving up sacks. The rest of your mentions I'm on the fence on. -
probably not

"Some" Supporters here of JP are TOO protective

Agreed 1,000,000% -
Maybe the millionth post will shut down TBD for good and we will all officially realize that we have no lives when we end up in therapy 2 days later because we haven't been able to vent our anger from our sad, lonely lives.

Any QB in the league (1st, 2nd or 3rd string) can "manage" a game as has been seen in many NFL games. Recently this is the position that Losman has been put in, a "short leash" if you will. What the reasoning is we'll never know, unless Dick Jauron is your father or something. I do not want to hear the coaches at the end of this season say "we're not too sure about the QB situation, JP really wasn't given much chance to prove himself. We're going to give him next year or at least the off season and pre-season to prove himself." If this is the case it is no ones fault but Jaurons and the coordinators. I don't care who the hell the QB will be next year, I want a definitive approach. JP hasn't been given enough rope to either hang himself or save himself recently. I say give him all the damn rope in the world and let him go at it.

My sense of the rest of the season
generaLee83 replied to Pyrite Gal's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My sense is that it is heading downward. The close loss to the Colts (being referred to as a moral victory) brought the team down tons (even Lee Evans was upset as recent reports indicate). I hate to say it but I think we haven't even seen the bad part of this season. The sails have been taken out of the wind as the Colts loss proved, I fear that Buffalo will not win even 1 more game. All you draft pick people will be happy I guess with the #1 pick instead of the #10 pick or whatever. I could care less about the draft, I want a team that heads into the off season on a win streak or at least on a positive note. Sadly it does not look that way. -

hahaha, all that I can think of is that SNL skit when a dementia laden Stockdale was played by Phil Hartman and a Dana Carve Perot character was driving around on back roads trying to find a place to dump him off, hilarious. -
How long until these players want out?
generaLee83 replied to generaLee83's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This sums it up, appears Evans is starting to recognize how inept this team is. I don't blame him one bit. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-b...ov=ap&type=lgns -

Why LOL man? It's worth a try, if the O-line can't give a QB time then you have to modify the game plan. Some 3 step drops or dump the dang ball off the the HB. Maybe the head band is the key or perhaps JP could ride that enormous trikey in your profile picture?? That thing looks sweet, can it get rippin or what?
-
Your solution is one that I was hoping that the paid coaches (they make way more money than I do) would have realized after the Jets game. Even if the WR's can't get open the occasional 3 step drop forces the corners to play a bit tighter leaving the possibility open for a double move by the WR to get open downfield. Your solution is almost too right and too simple for these coaches.

hahahaha, imagine him right now sitting behind a computer (probably not a registered TBD poster.......bastard) probably sipping yoohoo wathing tediously as the vote total nears 100. even funnier thought, imagine him as Coach Klein from the waterboy, particularly the part where Klein is talking to the football, saying "I need your cooperation and I need it now"
