I'll be shocked if Vrabel gets completely shut out. Starting to wonder if the Titans have sullied his name in league circles as difficult to work with.
I’m not. He’s a good coach, but he certainly hasn’t made any crazy impression in the game. His offenses has been hand it to Henry for his entire tenure. Defenses are good and well coached, but is that enough? Teams are looking for guys to win games by their offenses. Vrabel hasn’t been that guy.
He will get another opportunity I’m sure, but him being shut out is not particularly surprising, at least to me

I know you are joking, but his tipped pass INT of Romo on MNF is still one of the most athletic plays I've ever seen a DL make

One low key interesting storyline to the OC/DC search.
McD may be hiring his successor, could that impact who he hires? Frank Reich and Eric Washington aren’t replacing him…
No it won't. If they fire McDermott, they are not replacing him with anyone on staff. That such a rare thing in sports

Poor Bill.
Florio (yes I know)suggested Bill is waiting for Andy Reid to retire after this year so he can coach Mahomes

They should interview Kellen Moore and Beienemy too. Brady did well and think he’d be a fine OC, but if they don’t get this hire right….

Play calling isn’t the end all be all it seems. Plenty of coaches have done well without being the primary play caller before being hired as HC.Yup. HC is more like a CEO position. It’s why guys like Cambell and Pierce are getting jobs

Seriously. What is wrong with fans? Holy smokes.
Some people don’t want to give McDermott any credit at all.
I give him a ton of credit. He’s a great coach. Is he a championship coach? That is a legit debate

Allen was never making the AFCCG as a rookie in 2018.
Do you not remember how different these dudes’ 2018’s were lol. Josh had like 10 passing TD’s, Mahomes had 50.
Ok so 5 straight

Well, how about Sean McDermott, at least as a head coach. I can't remember the last time the Bills got really shellacked.
Bills haven’t gotten blown out much since McDermott showed up. Even in 2018, when this roster was the worst I’d ever seen, they rarely get blown out.
Colts in 2021, and Bengals in the playoffs are the only more than one score losses I can think of

Just don’t lose Ty Johnson
He takes Murry's role. Hines can fill multiple positions (PR, KR, receiving back) If they bring back Brady, who is aware that RBs exist, Hines becomes a bigger weapon

https://www.si.com/nfl/broncos/news/tua-tagovailoa-broncos-dolphins-trade-proposal-mock
Broncos get: Tua Tagovailoa, No. 137 pick
• Dolphins get: Justin Fields, No. 81 pick, Broncos 2025 second-round pick
• Bears get: No. 182 pick, Dolphins 2025 third-round pick, Broncos 2025 sixth-round pick
If that trade happens it's a good deal for all teams.
This is a terrible deal for all three teams. Miami will not give up the guy who lead the league in passing and had 30 Tds for a guy that has 44 Tds in 3 years and late 2 and 3. That is insane. Tua has plenty of flaws, but he is far better than Fields
Fields sucks. He has gone up from 58%-61% completion in 3 years. He has 54 total TDs in 3 years. He averaged 208 yards passing this year (I'm not counting the game he got hurt) and 50 yards a game rushing. This year he had guys like DJ Moore and Cole Kmet. At some point he needs to show why he went 11th overall.

But he cant throw the ball with any consistency

Ah, yes. I remember the time I told my then-fiance, "I'm going to explore other options for a wife over the next few weeks, but if I don't find anyone better, then I'll marry you."
She left that night and never returned, but I'm sure it was just a coincidence.

I mean if Lamar Jackson had a Tyrod Taylor game and they still won by 24 points, that seems pretty dominant to me.
Ravens are a good team, but the Texans are not ready for the show. Good story, but that team was severely undermanned compared to the Ravens

Right? My first thought was “shoot that’s bad for us”
Whats Tooneys injury? “Mahomes hates him”

I didn’t say he had any. He was a fine rotation DE, that the Bills tried to make an every down starter
