As an adult I can tell you Jim Kelly and Andre Reed had issues off the field dealing with Laurie Lisowski. Maybe Jim still holds a grudge.
Your a class act, throwing the ladies name out there; considering this happened over twenty - years ago and really applies to football I can see your obsession with it! By the way, there is a world out there, try it sometime!

Quite evident you have very little pride and you suffer from obsession with Andre Reed!

i can see now that attempting to communicate with you in any kind of rational way is pointless, so I'll give my default response for idiots.... ^this guy
From the guy that uses "Martin Luther" and "Nailed It" as his screen name photo, ha ha and I can tell you are very self righteous; and never underestimate someone's intellect that you don't know junior!

I shouldn't be upset with you, for all I know, English could be a second language for you. Let me break this down into simple terms for you:
Andre Reed is a jerk. A self-important, entitled, arrogant, egomaniacal jerk.
Has nothing to do with BUSINESS. I lived in his hometown, and had occasion to interact with both him and his family multiple times. And in 100% of those interactions, I witnessed him being a complete jerk to people for no good reason. Period. I get it, you don't like the truth about your idols. But it is the truth.
Go away! This board is for adults and Bills fans; I sure don't give a sh**! And get off your high horse!

Have you ever dealt with Andre or his family? I have, and it wasn't pleasant. And I'm not the only one here who's had that experience. Also, you realize that grown-ups are allowed to have different opinions, yes?
Yes I do, but Andre's personal life is his, Andre's football life is ours; get it!!!! Like politics, it has it's own forum and if you did deal with Andre on a personal level, you just might be violating professional ethics, understand?

What's this all about?
You tell me? You made accusations against the 1990's Bills, called Andre Reed garbage, and basically insulted the team; you tell me!!!

3 minutes ago, Joe in Winslow said:
Because, in the end, they didn't win a title. And yet, they act like they did. And some of them, like Andre, are just garbage human beings, that's why. Don't have to agree with it, don't care if you do.
The old guys are like an albatross around the necks of the new guys. Bills need to move on as a franchise.
Here is a suggestion, go sit in your room and get mad then have a good cry!! Talk about garbage human beings, I'd like to judge some of you, go away and get over it! Okay haplessbillsfan and EDS, throw me off again, I'm sick of this BS!

I've long de-canonized that team. I catch a lot of grief for it, but I'd like to see them all quietly go away.
Why, they provided the most football entertainment Buffalo has ever seen; can we "decanonize" you ans the others? Never figure you guys out!

Anyway, I think it’s a cool story, another HOF Bill gets ‘A Football Life’ video made and
everybodymost fans would have loved seeing this group as they went out for dinner on a Saturday night.Small wonder it wasn’t pre-announced, given the responses here.

Where’s the board moderator who is usually quick to close threads for far less??... The Levy video doesn’t belong here... and the shot at Talley in an early reply was despicable... Disappointed with this thread...
Could not agree more; sometimes quite the double standard on TBD!!!!

...warm beer in "The Rockpile".......after tailgating, be thankful you even made it there without a GPS unit strapped to your arse..................
The fights/brawls for the ball after field goals and extra points - great memories!

Excellent choice as a person but Hank Bullough and Kay Stephenson were by far worse as coaches.
Many, hell most who post on TBD will never know how bad these two were and the really bad days of the franchise; at least during the drought we scored points, won games, and still had a shot in early November!!! These two coupled with Harvey Johnson and Stew Barber in the front office... enough said!

...interestingly they both had 7 year careers with Bflo (Saimes:1963-1969; Byrd: 1964-1970), so it's not length of service.....ironically they both finished their careers in Denver...
With Lou Saban if I am not mistaken!

...anybody offer a guess as to why Butch has not made it?....think I remember the Ralph feuds with Saban and Cookie.......Saban did end up on the wall....but why the Butch snub??........
Records & Accomplishments:
Byrd holds the Bills' career records for interceptions (40), interception return yards (666) and interceptions returned for touchdowns (5). He was a five-time American Football League All-Star, and was selected for the second team, All-Time All-AFL. Byrd is a 1980 inductee of the Boston University Hall of Fame, and in 2008 was selected to the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.
Butch Byrd is on the AFL All Time Team - 2nd team status but hard to beat out Willie Brown; Butch not being on the wall is a poor reflection on the "process."

George Saimes is the All AFL First Team Free Safety! Could not agree more!

Can we get a couple of people taken off of the wall? You know, addition by subtraction? Remove Phil Hansen (I would also probably support removing Gilchrist and Lou Saban, as well) and I think you return the wall to more of a "Greatest contributors only".
In no particular order, I think the following are deserving of being on the wall next: Butch Byrd, McKenzie, Moulds, R. Brown, K. Williams.
Saban and Gilchrist; not a chance dude!

Butch Byrd. Absolutely no one from the 21st century teams should be considered before him.
Considered one of the great shutdown corners in the AFL!

Bennett and Byrd need to be on the wall!
And Reggie McKenzie; great reminder LabattBlue!

My biggest fear about the Bills this season is the number of new players.
