Mahomes is as cool as ice in clutch moments. I hate that he keeps winning and my friends were laughing at me at how upset I got with the 49ers losing (not a team I routinely support) but I have to admit it...
When it's crunch time and the game, the season, the championship is on the line, if I can pick one player to make it happen, it's Mahomes. I hate it but that's the truth.
Yeah, I love Josh as our QB but, in hindsight, they could’ve just taken Mahomes in the 2017 draft. They used the 2017 KC 3rd Rnd pick from that trade to move up and snag the incomparable Zay Jones. They then used the KC 2018 first round pick from that trade to maneuver to move up for Josh. -
Nothing else has gotten them to a Super Bowl. Why not add a “Curry” to a “Brady”?!

If Mitchell runs a 4.45 or better at the combine, he's gotta be the target at 28. Absolutely no way I'm trading up in the 1st round like with Watkins. There's so many good wrs we can turn around and get another in the 3rd or 4th round.
Yep, in 2015 they could’ve stayed where they were and drafted Mike Evans, who’s still putting up 1000 yard seasons vs Watkins, no longer playing. -

Pre-nup. I doubt she’s a gold digger
Even though she’s an actress, I doubt that there are even many A-List actors that make $47M in a year. And, No, I don’t consider her an A-List. -
Another discussed detail of the SB26 INT in the end zone at 14-7 was that on a prior play Kelly was hit hard and got his bell rung. He shouldn’t have been in there for the pass INT.

Since I sold my soul to the devil a few years back in exchange for a Bills title, I guess I will die.

As much as I’m dying for WR help….
Blindly stating we should take BPA at WR is a mistake. If we’re up against a board that has 7-8 WRs go ahead of us, you don’t take the 9th best guy because you need one. You go get a premier talent at another position of need, and address wide out at a time when the selection more appropriately matches the draft slot.
That, or move up and get your guy!
I just don’t want to see them panic pick and have another Elam situation
Oh, you know Beane will panic and move up for a guy. He does it every year.- 1

Harbaugh is stale there. He's also tied to a QB who is not perfect.

If no WR with the desired traits (size/length/speed) is available at 28 I'd be fine with DeJean converted to strong safety in a zone scheme if he's still on the board.. Thing is I suspect that maybe 3 or perhaps even 4 of those guys will be there or within striking distance for us because maybe 6 QBs will be taken in the first and there are a lot of premium Oline players in this draft as well not to mention some, though maybe not as many, very attractive edge defenders as well. Those positions pretty much always represent a team need (including ours in the case of DLine). Except for maybe three top end guys the remaining WRs, some of which seem to fit the bill, are going a little later than some people think imo.
Walter Football’s latest mock draft has the Bills taking Xavier Leggette of South Carolina. He’s listed at 6’3”, 227#- 2

Dumb. A top safety or even CB or DT or DE will NOT impact the Bills chance of winning as much as a stud WR on a 5-year rookie contract. Josh throwing to a big, fast young WR is the single biggest difference this team can make going forward.
We lack a "dangerous" player on this team and this is the draft to get a dangerous WR in the first round. Draft a CB or safety in the second but not the first.
Yeah, instead of trading a first for this bum Diggs, they should’ve just kept the pick and drafted Jefferson. #hindsight -

I travel a lot for work, Airports, restaurants, malls. This past year I saw Bills fans everywhere where I went. Trips to LA, Phoenix, Dallas, Ft Meyers, Ft. lauderdale Miami. Every trip i went on, I got a “Go Bills” or at least saw people, multiple people representing. This week, went through DC, Baltimore airport, Charlotte, finished up in West Palm Beach today. Saw one guy with a Bills hat all week. It was like people were embarrassed that we lost to KC again.
But really the worst thing that made me pause was the treatment and threats to Bass. How embarrassing and really down right dirty low class. I haven’t lived in Buffalo for a long time, and this was the first year I didn’t make it back for a visit. So what’s going on up there? I would hope it was just a small sample size of fans who acted out like that, but damn they were a serious black eye on the mafia. Cant tell you how many friends and co workers mentioned how nasty Bills fans are this week, Buy the end of the eeek i just gave up defending and had to agree to a point.
It’s just the latch key adolescents typing in front of their blue screens without any parental supervision.

Your statement about the route runners is true. The Bills need better receivers and maybe better coaching on the routes. However, I think it's worth the watch for people to understand how bad it really is and how much harder Josh Allen's job is compared to other QBs.
I don’t remember who said it, but I remember a couple of times it was said that Gabe Davis was the smartest WR they’d seen. I don’t get it. Then why is he frequently near another receiver? Why do Josh and him miscommunicate so often? -

As has been explained multiple times..... there is not enough time in the schedule to allow that given the timing of the combine, free agency and the draft.
The NFL would have to move everything else back at least 2 weeks and they are down to only 4 weeks off between mini camp and camp already. They are the only weeks coaches and personnel guys get off the entire year.
I read Peter King being down on the current system because of coaches on playoff teams prepping for and being interviewed instead of preparing for a playoff game. His suggested solution was for coaches on playoff teams to not be allowed to interview for positions until their team was eliminated. That of course wouldn’t be fair to those coaches as some teams with openings wouldn’t want to wait.

That's a nice little distraction for our OC before the divisional playoff game. Thank you, falcons.
That’s why I don’t understand why the league doesn’t just prohibit interviews until after the Super Bowl. -

Joe Danna and John Butler may have something to say about giving their jobs away!
Although we could have an open spot if we promote Bobby Babich or Eric Washington to full time DC. Would have to shuffle some chairs around.
C’mon, if McD wants to add a Def Coord, we know the odds are he brings in his mentor Rivera -

Comprehensive overview of Josh Allen’s numerous sliding infractions.
@Zerovoltz What’s your take? My personal favorite is the fake slide short of the sticks on 4th and 1 vs New England. Comes up at the 6 second mark. Also love the one at the 1:29 mark, the fake slide there has Kiko Alonso all turned around.
Butkowski is a disgrace to the Polish American community.- 1

Observation …. I purchased Peacock to watch the game, paying $6 for the first month. I cannot cancel fast enough. The network used this unique exclusive that attracted new viewers to highlight …. Ted, the stupid talking bear, … as an example of the content you’ll get as a subscriber. Ted.
Here’s another strike against Peacock. For a long time I’ve waited to start watching games so I can FFWD thru commercials. We had company but we watched the first half and I paused the game. We ate dinner and talked for a while and the company left. I went to watch the 2nd half and the game was nowhere to be found. The same thing happened when Peacock exclusively had that regular season game. I had to wait for the replay to be shown on NFL Network starting at midnight (PT).
When Prime Network streams the Thursday games, they make it available to watch later.

Does this team actually have the guts to move on from Tre White?

The salary cap also has to be taken into account. T. White’s salary for 2024 is $8.3M. If he was cut, his dead cap would be $10.3M. Not that much of a difference but when you’re starting at $50M+ over the cap, every little bit matters.
Lower that salary to $3 or $4M and he may be worth keeping around.
