Jauron is all about executing a play successfully. The plans are designed to be successful if executed correctly.
So as Marv would say, simplify and run a few plays succesfully.
It's really more the playcalling itself. Do you call a pass play on 3rd and 1 or up the gut? Maybe a screen? Same offensive system, just hopefully more aggressive and a variety of plays. Maybe even a screen pass or god forbid a play over 10 yards will be called.

I noticed that as well about Oman, he cant pass block to save his or TE's life.
For me the difference in previous years prior to DJ the starters looked good for the two series they played and the backups could flounder and lose the game.
This year the starters flounder and the backups look like they play better.
Had a similar thing happen to my pinkie finger. Still have the screws in my knuckle, the operation is a breeze, it is the rehab that is a B word. I think it was at least 5 or 6 weeks of rehabbing. I still can't bend the finger very far.
Personally I dont see this getting much better until a new owner comes in and cleans house and has the desire to demand excellence from the HC down to the water boy.
RW is a HOF owner, but I think he is just glad he wakes up each morning and doesn't have the gusto anymore to fly around lighting fires under people's asses anymore.
Thats the one advantage to piercings, when you decide one day that you dont want them anymore, you can take them out and the hole will close up eventually.
