    Here is the difference...small market teams need to hit 1.000 on all of their free agent moves and trades, if not they suffer...the Yanks, Redsox etc, can randomly throw $$ at FA and if it does not work..f it, always next year...I think the last decent FA the Pirates signed was Derek Bell, and that worked out well for them

    I have never see a high quality D give up so many 3rd and longs in my life...I do like the increase in TO's though

    I want it to work for him, b/c he has a hell of an arm(lee Evans Bombs), but man he makes some of the stupidest decisions I have ever seen...we could get kelly Holcomb in here to do what he is doing, and for $4 mill less...I think it is time to roll the dice with the kid, if he shows something in the pre-season....
