    Chargers may turn it around but the injuries will probably hold them back. I don’t think the Raiders will. They have some good players but they don’t fit together well. Most likely, the AFC West will produce a single playoff team.

    You’re probably pushing with your arm. You have to keep the wrist loose and allow your wrist and forearm to pronate. If you play tennis, it’s very similar to what your arm does as you pronate the racquet on the serve to get the strings to address the ball at the last split second.

    The only explanation that I have seen that makes any sense is that Russ ran the same offense in Seattle for all those years and Hackett is asking him to run a different one that is more complicated. He can’t make that adjustment.

    But the Bills did that with existing personnel. If they traded for a star RB they would have to “establish the run” by giving that back 25 carries. That’s how many the Colts, Titans and Browns have to give their “bell cows” to get even 100 yards per game from them.
