I thought Maybin would be a bust as a DE before he even signed his contract, the Bills switching to the 3-4 is the best thing that could happen to him and the Bills for their investment in him

McCargo was the 3rd best lineman on a 4 man line for a college team that lost 6 or 7 games that year yet another pick i hated from day one...should have been Mangold and yes i said that before the pick was made

Indy is clearly devastated by that loss, how great is that at some point you would think they would realize that they can win and be a better team with a more balanced attack and without all that ridiculous crap Manning does...which as Madden always said was all fluff anyway which begs the question, if it was always all fluff and everyone knew it why do it

and yet there are numerouns people on here that think another team will trade a second round pick for him....unbelievable

The Bills have drafted poorly in the first round but I wouldnt put McKelvin in that group. Let me go on record as saying I hated the pick of McKelvin because of the position he played, not the player. He got hurt last year otherwise he would have been starting at the end of the year. I actually think he is going to be a good player but look how good the secondary was without him. I am not a fan of taking DBs early in the draft (hated the Whitner pick even more). I think CB is the easiest position to fill from the draft as there are always solid corners that can be had after the second round. The Bills have been drafting in the top half of the draft for so long and should have been drafting for quality at the premium hard to fill positions like the offensive and defensive line. I dont care what position Maybin was listed as he is not a DE. Passing on Oher was as big a mistake as passing on Ngata was.

ask yourself this, if you were the Chargers or any other team would you trade your 2nd round pick for Lynch? a player we all know is one mistake away from possibly missing an entire season and who also has been somewhat of a disappointment in the NFL and has regressed each year seriously, getting a 2nd for Lynch is a pipedream which is why it makes more sense to keep him then trade him and have to replace him...the Bills would be lucky to get a 3rd and would most likely have to settle for a 4th if they did trade him look at last years draft, the Jets got Greene and the Eagles got McCoy in the 3rd round? do you think either team would want Lynch instead of either of those guys? Productive RBs can be had in the 3rd round so why would any team trade a 2nd round pick for Lynch who has had off the field issues and doesnt appear to be getting any better

Porter had 9 sacks in 14 games last year and 17.5 in 2008 thats still pretty good in my book

this team has drafted so poorly in the first rounds the last few years they cant afford to draft someone that isnt going to play this year im hoping Bulaga is there and he is the pick

I live in NJ just outside of Philly and after getting 7-8 inches overnight we are expecting another 17 today which will already break the record for snowfall in a season...this comes after getting 2 feet on saturday and another 2 feet not too long ago yeah, i feel like i live in Buffalo but no, we wont be shutting down for 7-10 days....my work is still open but luckily i can work from home

Jauron is most likely going to coach their DBs since their DB coach and former DC of the Cowboys recently left to take a position elsewhere...I believe it was with the University of Houston

there is no way the Eagles are going to pay both McNabb and Vick next year so one of them will be traded Vick is due 5.3 mil next year and I think McNabb is in the 12 mil range with 6.5 of that due a few days after the draft I would be shocked at this point if the Eagles traded McNabb...they believe they are as close as anyone to winning a super bowl and will make at least one more run with McNabb and the weapons they finally surrounded him with

uh, he is right...Bills defense couldnt stop the run, couldnt tackle and gave up way too many 3rd down conversions and the offense didnt run the ball enough....Thurman was the best player on the field that day and simply wasnt used enough

Peppers is the type of player that will get paid and just tank....no thanks almost 1 mil a game for 10.5 sacks and 42 tackles....Schobel had 10 sacks and 56 tackles I understand the impact Peppers might bring but i just dont think he is worth anywhere near what he will probably get

I agree with everything you said but Eric Berry should not be a consideration...he may be the best safety in this draft but I just dont like taking safeties in the top 10 I really want to see Brian Bulaga drop to the Bills and better yet see them draft him

the Vick circus would be a completely different kind of circus Vick was never any better then an average at best QB where TO is still one of the best receivers in the game

Chan was given the credit for Slash, not making Kordell a decent quarterback, that honor was given to Mularky I dont want any part of Vick and I dont think the ticket sales would increase with him either
