The year puppet master was let go in pitts. he interviewed for the job in seattle and holmgren said he would not give up control of player decisions and signings. Ole whitey said to the pitts. media that he just didn't want to move so far from pitts area..Yea right!! After cowher showed him the door he vowed never to make that mistake again..That is all anyone needs to know and understand about this guy....And he sucks at it...Tommy the puppet master always knows more than the coaches,,,just ask him he'll tell you!!

At least with JP there is a chance he might outrun the D....Holcomb..........all I can say is , you can't teach an old dog, new tricks.....Maybe JP could learn...

I think this is what many posters here were saying 3 weeks ago but we are fools....we will never know what the outcome of 2 winnable home games for JP would have been, but a split is something I could have lived with because that would have been real progress, IMO....But hell what do I know, this team is going to the playoffs with KH and a veteran rec. ...........NOT!

I think that's a part of the 3-4 D.....Nose tackle....Oh how I miss the days of the 3-4.....I say make the switch right now it can't get any worse, can it???

To me its all moot now because we will never know if he would have gained anything from 2 winnable games at home... but to me the bills today really didn't look any different from the team that lost in weeks 2-4 ,,,,games that they were in until very late I might add.We were out of this game at the start of the 3 qt ....outcoached again,,and I'm sick an tired of it.....

I happen to agree with him....willis is not a GREAT back he might be someday but right now he looks like an excellent straight ahead runner when the holes are there....but other than that, I don't see much of an ability to break a game wide open single handed like the GREAT backs do.....A great back can win a game with one or two plays and willis just doesn't have it........sorry if thats upsetting but he's no great back in my opinion..........He doesn't look to fluid to me......

Nothing personal mike, but you guys must have harvested some mighty good buds out there in ohio this year send some my way.......The patriots wounded ....they still score 24-31 points a game and they'll be at home...the bills will not be able to stay in the game long without turnovers and even a wounded patriots team doesn't turn the ball over enough to help this team score the 30 plus that I think will be needed to beat them......not to mention the rest of the schedule..

So in other words your saying even though we beat miami and the jets without JP we really do totally suck and the other loss's were not JP's fault????If that's the case then why waste time with KH, we are going nowhere and many of us have said let the kid play and learn.......

I'm no expert but I wonder if a switch to a 3-4 right now with these players might get better results?????

That was rather JP like if you ask me ...at least when JP did it on the road you could hope that he might out run the defense and excuse it as a rookie mistake.....

I feel the same as you with the respect deal,,,,,mularkey stated this in his ask the coach column this week about changing qt back ......the answer to the question from mularkey was "and thats why the decision to change qtback CAME DOWN"...........

Totally agree,,,plus I think the question is an insult to my football knowledge and that isn't saying much, I am just an average fan...

Don't worry Ralph is healthy and will be around another 10 years to watch the losing tradition continue......

Oh but we're only 1 game out of first bla bla bla bla bla blaaaaaaaaa....Alot of us have been asking the same thing, I for one think it was a big error to undermine JP before the 2 HOME games but eric moulds knows best ,I guess......The vets sure proved it in Oakland today.....I say let the vets get pounded next week for 60 minutes then regroup after the bye week....

If that's what its like getting better then I can't wait for it to get worse........

I think the difference between Dick L and Gregg W is that they seem to know when to blitz and when NOT to blitz verse's blitzing all day every down no matter how many times you get BURNED!!!!!

The way these guys play on the road I'll take another Reed and a couple of Haddad's,,at least they'd be playing hard every down for a job!!!
