Agreed on all counts. All the Edwards lovers can do is harp on the one long bomb where evans was so wide open ANY of us on the board could have hit him for a TD. I love the way their owner is handling the Revis situation. It is about the GROUP, the TEAM, not one friggin player. I hope they hold thier position and let revis sit all season. If all owners would handle things this way, the cap and salaries wouldn't be out of hand.

It saddens me. Favre is the last of the old time gunslingers. I have said this before and will always stand on it...there is not now nor will there ever be a CB worth that kind of money. NE proved just a few years ago fielding thier 4th - 7th string CB's that you can win without a 'shutdown corner'. I have always felt that is a pure bull **** term as well. You let a WR run for 4+ seconds and he is gonna get open somehow. Andre Reed schooled Deion when they met up. did he just try to race him down the field? No, he ran crisp routes on his ass and owned him. Any team can take 4 average DB's and go to a superbowl and with with a great pass rush. As for as this bull **** conditioning test is concerned, he is going to intentionally fail it EVERY time. Why? Two reasons. First is a !@#$ you to Shanahan, second is he doesn't have to practice and still gets paid as long as he cant pass it. Now you have him saying he is having knee issues. Wanna bet he says the conditioning test is what caused it? Look washington isn't going to win this. All he has to do is drag ass for the rest of this season and they can't get back that 21 million bonus they paid him and he can then retire to force their hand in a trade when they eat the escilated portion of that 100 mill contract. Nix just said they he is NOT playing for Buffalo again. He needs to let them know if he is going to retire or wants to play for someone else. Good for Nix! Schobel is another over rated guy that has taken up way too much cap room on this roster for too many years. He isn't close to being the HOF'er Favre is so there is no way he can sit around like favre does and take his time. Kudo's to Buddy, I am liking his approach more and more each day!

Look outside of a few that are a very loud minority, the majority of Bills fans are sick of the QB situation. They know Edwards is never going to be the guy to get us to a superbowl so why waste another year on a guy that isn't going to get the job done? At some point we are going to have to trade up no matter what the cost on a #1 overall pick, pay him and take the risk to get that QB that will eventually get us there OR trade for a guy. Until we have a damn good QB to build this thing around and market, it is always going to be this way.

I gotta wonder what our QB situation would have been like if he had accepted the job. Something tells me it would look different than the scrubs we have
