  1. Go back and read the first line of the post you quoted, then read your response.
  2. This isnt the NFL's protocol. It's the protocol agreed to by the NFLPA.
  3. Fearmongering? Did you not see what happened last season with reschedules and players having to sit out? Grow up.
  4. This is already easily "behavior detrimental to the team/shield"
  5. You do understand the NFL already greatly controls players actions outside of the facility, right?
  6. They arent forcing vaccines. They are allowing the choice. But each choice has consequences. Get the vaccine and risk whatever perceived safety/health risks might come from it. Or dont get the vaccine, and follow these protocols. Cant have a decision with no consequences. That's not how adult life works.
  7. No we arent. He'd be great to have, and I wish/hope we do. But if he is going to refuse to follow protocol, then AT BEST, he spends part of the season suspended. And AT WORST, he brings a COVID varient into the locker room and kills our season. As good as he was, he isnt worth that risk.
  8. “I’m not going to take meds for a leg that isn’t broken” I guarantee if there was medication to prevent broken legs he would take it in an instant.
  9. You arent understanding what he is saying here. This is beyond his choice to not get vaccinated. No one cared about that.
  10. I actually thought this last night too. I can only imagine the crap that we would have seen if that team in 1988 had social media accounts.
  11. LOOOOOOOL Beasley saying if he infects other people, it's God's Will.
  12. We assume it with you, but dont need the visual. Thanks.
  13. At last report , the Bills were one of the teams over 50% and climbing every day. Only a handful of teams are under that 50% mark (Jags, Colts, Chargers) He said STANDS for principals. That's why he doesnt have a problem with this.
  14. Did that come with a classic Elaine Benes shove?
  15. He's rallying AGAINST the Player's Union right now. So why would they back him up?
  16. "We respect each player's decision on the vaccination is their own, and while we continue to educate our players and hope they decide to get the vaccine, we know we have a number of players who will not, and are totally fine with that as they are still on the team. However, we also made a decision as a team to not speak out about it or let it become a distraction, and Cole was unable to follow that. Nor would he agree to follow the protocols agreed to by the NFL and NFLPA. We provided him plenty of ways and opportunities to contact his union reps and work with the NFLPA, but he was unwilling to do so. So we made the decision to move on since we are trying to stay unified as a team, and move forward into a re-opened 2021." -Brandon Beane Boom, cut. But if he's willing to retire over it all, than problem solved.
  17. Ugh, big mistake. Although this "leak" could simply be a shot across the bow for negotiating with the city.
  18. I like this painting of Allen (lower right corner) someone in the family did...
  19. Ehh, if anything, I feel last year showed us how necessary having fans in the stands really is. Changes the whole game, even when watching on TV. NFL maybe less so than other sports, but folks still want to get back to the stadiums ASAP. Watch this coming season, the secondary market will be at an all-time high. Additionally, stadiums cant go the way of malls. The players still need a place to play, and the league still makes a ton more money by having fans there than not.
  20. Now THIS is an absolutely gorgeous house! Way nicer than the one Josh was rumored to have purchased. Props to the Pecas for having great taste. Agreed, all it's missing is a pool.
  21. Ah yes, the "have my cake and eat it too" approach that is so wildly popular nowadays.
  22. His response track to the NFLPA gonna be fire!
  23. Yep, I was one of those High School athletes taking that, and Agent Orange (which was just powder-form Ephedrine), back in the day. However, it didnt really hit or become big in the media until the late 90s when it was put into pill form, and the news cameras picked up a bottle of it in Mark McGuire's locker during his Home Run season.
