  1. Here is an NPR audio story. It has the bit about the doughnut. Mitch Another bit about waffles. Butterworth
  2. Stop looking at my cousin! OK, OK, not true but we have the same last name.
  3. If it is BS(which I don't think so), I will have lost respect for any comedic/atrtistic abilities I thought they may have had.
  4. My girlfiend spoke with someone who works at the Funny bone in Short pump(Richmond). She said he was doing speed balls and he was in a Baltimore hotel. Didn't anyone learn anything from John Belushi?
  5. I was there too, was sad to see.
  6. He was supposed to perform in Richmond last week but never showed. He was one of our very favourite comedians. I had a feeling it would end badly for him. I hope it's not true but if it is I hope you are at peace Mitch.
  7. I like Charlie the Butcher and the airport's is actually very good.
  8. I'm with you. I sponsor my girlfriend( the one in my picture) she has relapsing-remitting as well. She was diagnosed 5 years ago. She organizes a group from her company and they match the contributions. Cheers to you and her and everyone else!
  9. Doug Elsinores. Bob Twelve! Doug Twenty-four, yeah, twenty-four Elsinore beers. Attendant Twenty-four Elsinore! That will be $14.70. Doug I believe there will be no charge on this two-four of beer, thank you. Attendant Excuse me? Doug Ok, uh, we found this mouse in a bottle of Elsinore beer that we bought at your beer store, eh? And we heard that when that happens you get your beer free. Bob It's in the Canadian Criminal Code, eh. Like there's legal precedence set in cases in law, eh? Doug So, like give us our free beer. Attendant You want free beer? Go to the brewery. Now get out of here before I put the two of you in a bottle. Doug You sure you don't want to think this over? Attendant [seizing them both by their collars] I'm sure. Doug Ok, we're going. Bob Yeah.
  10. Sadly that it what most americans eat now. Refined, bleached staples (flour, sugar) that used to have so many nutrients that are now stripped away. Eduacate yourselves. I'll step off now.
  11. By the way. Will be in SD late next week, just for a two days for the 1st time. What are must things to do?Thanks! Jay
  12. I thought it was funny the way it was, so i voted! LOL!
  13. That was Trevor Senn from the old Richmond Renegades of the ECHL(teal and white(yuck)). He was the resident tough guy. Small in stature 5'10" I think but fearless. He went toe to toe with many men much larger and came away the victor. Although in this clip I would give it to the other guy. My best friend's mother did his taxes when he used to play in RIC and I have an autographed stick from him. I know big deal, but I like it!
  14. I hope that is what Mr. Wilson was thinking. I hope he realized that the rest of the state would be footing part of this bill and he made this vote with that in mind.
  15. While his numbers are impressive, I would not draft him. His accuracy isn't razor sharp and his arm is not that strong.
  16. I watched him play quite a bit when i was here in Hawaii last fall. He looks smaller than 5'9" from what I remember. I thought he might make a decent return man. Not too sure about a good wide receiver but stranger things have happened.
  17. Sad but true. Sorry, I couldn't resist.
  18. I've never seen these. Absolutely fantastic pictures. Cut to 104 years later. 1901 Pan-American
  19. No. Maybe if he's available in round 6 or 7.
  20. I bought a fixer upper. It was a 1950's era ranch. The CAC was added in the mid 90's. Make sure the seller includes one of these AHS. Mine has come in very handy. If you don't want to keep the full coverage after it runs out you can get one that covers major systems. When you renovate start one room at a time and have everything ready to go. Be very diligent in your preparation. This can save you a lot of time if you keep having to stop and start over. Do not begin another room until you have finished the first. I would try to do the kitchen before you move in if possible. My girlfriend doesn't live with me so it was easy for me to move from room to room. For the kitchen. I used Mill's Pride cabinets from Home depot Mill's Pride. They have an online design tool that I used to redesign the entire Kitchen. The doors are real maple and cabinets aren't. They look very good and will save you a bundle. Also granite counter tops don't have to be super expensive. I used granite tiles as they are around 8-12 times cheaper than slab. Use small grout line like 1/16" and they will look fantastic. Get credit cards with air miles and pay them off as you go and you'll have free trips when your house is done. Good luck!
  21. Is that Boris Said?
  22. I would love to see it. Someone take some pics. I have no problems following everything on TV, but if it is a legitimate upgrade I'd like to see them do something to help the game. If they ever play again!!
  23. I hope to check out where they shoot. There has been a lot of rain and heavy winds since I've been here. The weathermen are complaining because it's so cold(down into the 50's in some places on Oahu). Funny to hear them say back to you in the warm studio!
