Just because the Big East is in the BCS, doesn't make it a strong one. Their recruiting & strength of schedule took a big hit when BC, Miami, and VT went to the ACC.

Cassel paid his dues as Brady's backup. It's about time he got some credit. Yeah, he has Welker and Moss to throw to, but back-to-back 400 yard games deserves some respect.

I have mixed emotions about this. I think it's great that Gill has resurrected the UB program, and it's awesome that the Bulls are going to a bowl game this year. I wouldn't mind if he stayed. OTOH, he's the kind of coach needed at my alma mater, SU. Gill already knows how to recruit in this part of the country, which was Greg Robinson's biggest weakness. IMO, Gill leaves UB only to take a job at a Big 12 school or in another strong conference, not the Big East.

It's a different mentality out there when it comes to sports. There isn't alot of that in-your-face bullsh!t that goes on at east coast venues. I was treated very well by Cardinals fans when I went to a ballgame in St. Louis even though I was clearly the only one there not decked out in red. It doesn't have to be nasty. We all love football; we just root for different teams. BTW, props to the Bills fans in attendance. You were clearly audible during the CBS coverage. I was suprised at the big cheer that went up for McKelvin's pick 6.

You've had an axe to grind against Donovan McNabb ever since Rush Limbaugh made his stupid remarks about him and got fired from his ESPN gig. Are you sure you don't have a personal agenda when it comes to McNabb that we should know about?

Reason three: The Bills made a commitment to the running game. It made the PA effective. Reason four: Zero interceptions, zero fumbles lost. Reason four: Herm Edwards is possibly the worst coach in the league. KC didn't keep handing the ball to Larry Johnson and instead relied on the arm of Tyler Thigpen. Big Mistake. Reason five: KC isn't very good.
