  1. Yes, but Drew is beyond making us nervous. . . he makes us lose, which, makes us sick.
  2. This is totally gross, and sickens me beyond belief. . . but after 6 games played, this season is over. How pathetic is it right now to be a Bills fan? I'm more than disgusted with the way this team has been for 4 LONG years now. They are treading in quicksand, and for every one step forward, there are many steps back. So, after 6 short weeks, we already need to "look forward" to the offseason. Hypothetically, if I were owner of the Bills I'd do the following this offseason: 1) Cut Bledsoe and annoint JP the 2005 starter. . . it CANNOT be any worse 2) Trade Travis for as much as I could get, whether it be picks and/or players. 3) Move Mike Williams to guard, if he fails there, then let his contract run out (or cut him if it helps salary cap wise) 4) Sign 2 or 3 veteran O-lineman in free agency (we'll have extra cash because no 1st rounder) 5) Sign or draft a kicker (Lindell's kickoffs are a joke. . . 15-20 yard line!) 6) Sign or draft the best pass rusher(s) possible. 7) Cut Coy Wire 8) Sign Pat Williams 9) Cut Sam Adams and start Ron Edwards 10) quit the rotation of Reed and Evans and let Lee play full time. 11) And if another option at GM is really there, then yes. . . fire Donahoe What else/different would you do?
  3. "It may be time to bid Bledsoe goddbye" ?? Ya think.
  4. Well apparently it will be both or neither here next year. Because TD is SOOOO stubborn about Deadsoe that he hired the one coach who would commit to the pig.
  5. I know it's an original post, nut somebody had to do it. God help us if they continue with that clown. JP should start as soon as he is physically ready. If not, The Ralph crowd might turn into a lynch-mob soon.
  6. Okay, What the hell is going on here? No Todd Heap, no Jamal Lewis, and yes, we are making Boller look better than he EVER has before. This defense is so overrrated, it's scary.
  7. This is a very tough Baltimore D, but. . . Travis Henry is total freaking garbage. Willis is better RIGHT now. Not next year, right now.
  8. No, but we'll soon be getting Milloy and Vincent back in the secondary. And, I think Sammy was extra juiced up to get the start against his old team.
  9. Yeah, that's a great idea. . . anytime we have a player have a good game, we should trade him because his trade value is up. Go back to fantasy football. This post is so ridiculous. WM is going to be our offensive center piece come next year. TH is the one we should, and will trade.
  10. I thought Wire made all PAC-10 as a OLB? And he even began as an RB at Stanford. But, I agree, it would be a long shot. I'm just saying that they CANNOT keep him on the roster as a safety next year.
  11. They really have nothing to lose by giving it a try. As a safety, he is a total liability in pass coverage. If he can't make it as an OLB, then he's waiver material.
  12. If you have Lee Suggs and you don't have two other top RBs going tomorrow, Fantasy experts all seem to love this guy tomorrow. He still splits time some with "Bill" Green, but he should get most of the load. (Butch Davis must have some personal stake in Green is all I can think of) And, Cincy is dead last agin' the run, giving up something like 165 yds a game on the ground. Also, last year Suggs ripped up the Bengal defense. So if you need a sleeper RB. . .
  13. If he goes bust at OLB, then clearly it is time to cut him.
  14. Yes, we had consumed some alcohol that fine eve. . . however she was (is, I should say) a cute girl with a decent body. I even thought so in the morning. . . when I got a much better look and was pleasantly surprised! Dirty blonde hair and baby blue eyes. . . my favorites!
  15. Just because I said we should love em doesn't mean I think they should get a free pass. That MW is a total disappointment. We are going to have to swallow hard and unload him and his salary at some point. As far as TH, we'll probably get a 2nd rounder for him.
  16. Clearly, the Coy Wire experiment to safety has been a bust. But, if the coaches like his work ethic and special teams play. . . why not bulk him up and move him to OLB next year? Coy runs a 4.6 40, which is relatively slow for a safety. But for a linebacker, thats pretty fast. This one move would improve our team speed! Take away a slow safet, and add a fast linebacker. You guys do remember that Coy played LB at Stanford, don't you? AND, I read an article where scouts say the guy has the frame to bulk up to about 230-235 lbs. He's already over 200. His move back to LB can't be any more of a disaster than his safety play. At safety, the guy reminds me of "Rudy", . . . all the desire and heart, but just does not have the god-given ability to make it.
  17. I hate the way the city of Buffalo constantly takes abuse and is the butt of jokes. I am a South Buffalo native and visited my old neighborhood this past summer. I knew things would have deteriorated, but I went anyway. It is near Melvin and Bailey. But, when I got there, it might have been worse than I imagined. That neighborhood is clearly dying. Ahh, I said, "This is epic South Buffalo." However, I went to other parts of South Buffalo that weren't as bad. I met a South Buffalo gal out dancing at one of the "beach bars" (on the lake), and spent some "quality time" with her. She said one thing that I wanted to share with you guys. During "pillow talk" time, I said I had been disappointed with the Sabres and Bills lately. She then said. "Yeah, but they're OUR teams, and we love them anyway. . ." This made me realize, that we need to have some of that type of thinking when we think of our teams AND our city. Parts of the city are clearly dying, and our teams haven't been very good lately. . . but they are what they are. Before you bash the city or teams too much, try to remember not to "pile on" too hard. We've got to love em anyway. And for our teams, they'll turn around. Sports teams are always cyclical.
  18. Yes, but the last time we had a top 5 pick, it turned out to be that no good tub of goo Mike Williams. I'd rather win a few games than draft high no matter who holds our first rounder.
  19. The chowderheads deserve it. They've been too high on the hog the last few years. My boss is from Boston, and I for one can't stand all the success and big games that that city's teams have been in lately. My boss is getting to EXPECT constant championship runs. . . not good news for me as I pull as hard as I can for a freaking , long-shot playoff run out of the Bills or Sabres these past few years.
  20. I believe that we are handicapped as far as head coaching due to TD. Remember, he lost a power struggle to Cowher in Pittsburgh. Do you think he would REALLY hire a coach with some clout? Heck no. He doesn't want to be out of a job again. He wants to clearly be in charge and have a low-profile HC. . . one that he clearly would not lose a power struggle to. TD is smart enough to realize that most importantly, he doesn't make the same mistake twice. . . he learned his leason the hard way in Pitt.
  21. Well, I'd say a lot less. Like absolute rock bottom of the barrell less.
  22. Forgive me, but what has Mularkey ever won in the NFL? How do you know he's a good coach? He doesn't have that sparkling a resume. . . I know he doen't have a SB ring. How about playoff success?
  23. Yes, It is very possible we lose to the fish. I don't want to hear that we're going to rout the stinky fish. We aren't going to rout anybody this year. First of all, their defense is ranked higher than ours and creates more turn overs. Secondly, they are just as due (and desperate) to win a game as we are. We know this: 1)They will blitz the statue unmercifully, and have ball hawks like Surtain and Madison in the secondary. 2)The game is going to be low scoring. So, a big mistake or turnover could easily decide it. 3)Lindell could cost us. I'd hate to see the game (any game for that matter) riding on his shoulders in the waning seconds. So, what happens if the possible happens and we lose to the fish. . . Our Buffalo Bills would be the ONLY winless team left in the NFL and the laughing stock of the league. If DB stinks up the joint, the boo birds will be so loud that all of the media outlets will take note. It could be as ugly a scene as we have ever witnessed at The Ralph. The entire team will be booed off the field if they lose this game. Period. I'm almost afraid to watch. Even though this team isn't going anywhere this year. . . This IS A MUST WIN GAME. This team and franchise could go into a Cincinnati-like decade long tailspin if they lose this defining game. This game is important for the future of this franchise, and NO, I don't think I am exaggerating.
  24. Taking bets now, Ravens D outscores our "offense" in that game.
