What is the name of our O-line coach McNeally? something like that did he get the AX. He was going to fix the o line right? I know the o line was crap going in and it turned out to be crap coming out . So I do not care who you are, if you do not have very good players in your system the you will get fired sooner or later. Just look at Greg Williams, now everyone loves him now, he has play makers on that defence.

We have a team that is rebuilding and are developing a young QB. You are going to have some vets that will complain about the way things are being done. If you have players that do not want to be here then get them out of here and find some players that do. You have a QB in his first year a head coach in his second year and a DC in his third, with no good DT to help the LB’s and the DB’s. This is not a play off team, next year maybe, maybe not but I do not believe you scrap everything now if you do then you will start all over with a 3 yr turn around with all new coaches and a new GM. I know I do not want to see that happen. We have some players to get rid of starting with Eric M. He is not putting up the numbers he should be and just running his mouth. Use the extra cap money to fix the O-line and D-line and draft MUCH better. I hope the players are not running the ship……

Willis M. will not be getting that monster contract that he wants. He will just have to earn it next year. Now let MR. Wilson put his money in Willis's big mouth if he can put up the numbers that everyone thinks he can put up.

What would all of you "I know I would be a better GM" Ok what would you do? What trades, pick ups, cuts? I would trade Eric M. for draft picks or what ever I could get. I do not believe he wants to be here. Find a wide out that is hungry. I would cut Big Mike, and use that money and what ever else it took to get a much better O-line in here so your young QB dose not get killed. Draft D-line first, LB’s and then Db’s in that order. Fine a TE that can run and is a threat in the middle, I think that will help the running game. Thats where I would start........

This falls on the play calling. You have to call plays that will give JP some confidence. Passes to the fb, some screens. The defense has to shut the other teams down and get the ball back to the offence.

NO he has done nothing to prove he should start over TH. he should get more rep's. TH is a Stud RB why are you so quick to get rid of him. the bills need him. there are only five teams that would not need a RB like TH.
