    Best guess is there was a publishing snafu. The memo was released as "embargoed" to the press, and some idiot ran with the story ahead of publication, so everyone jumped on board. Kind of like the Wood injury news snowballed on Friday. Give it an hour or so for the PR to appear.

    Stop deflecting the point. I'm questioning your assertion that the statement didn't come from the agency. Even though there's no public release, it appears the statement did come from the agency, and that's why everyone is referencing the agency/bureau. Why did Nunes have to issue his own statement if it was just a bunch of employees?

    Again, this is not just rumor mongering type of news. Outlets with very high editorial standrads, including ones that lean to the right are attributing the memo to the bureau, not to staffers at the bureau.

    Then Wray has a bigger problem on his hands because all the legit media outlets are saying that "the bureau" is the one that's raising the objections. Someone is lying.

    Anyone who still believes in true journalism should be sickened by this. Everyone is running with Reilly's report (including Fox news), but there's no official release from the FBI anywhere, and Reilly gets as indignant as Timmah when people ask him to provide either the full FBI release or a link.

    Do you know people with severe TDS? They're ready to canonize anyone who actively worked to prevent a Trump presidency, and will totally ignore if those actions were fully illegal. Remember, liberals don't commit transgressions because their intentions are always for the better good, so in the end it's justified.

    His main accomplishment has been to reverse Obama's exeutive orders and free up the red tape chokehold, and I'll give him credit for that. But the tax reform was hammered out by Cohn & Mnuchin, while Trump almost sabotaged it by vascilating on the terms (same as what happened to the failed ACA reform)

    So if I understand it correctly, you lambaste Obama & Clinton for being in the pocket of the military indsustrial complex, yet we are going to be saved by Trump who was specifically recruited by Military Intelligence to run? And that doesn't bother you at all?
