I do believe that I saw our rookie Ellis with the QB pressure on the Mitchell pick. Anybody confirm that? If so, that is great to see the rookie getting pressure on in a game-on-the-line scenario.

At the espn coaches poll site they had our Total D at #7 and our Total Offensive rank at #2. That was shocking. Anyone know offhand what those ranks were last year near the midway point of the season. That is a significant turnaround anyway you cut it.

Wow! We lost our starting QB and then proceeded to lose our first game, badly...looked bad. I have to wonder how different those bold predictions would be if we had Trent play that whole game and we won?? One game means that we are going to tank the second 2/3 of the season?? I like to see Trent get healthy on the bye...we are lucky to have the bye where it is. And I see us coming out gangbusters and beating the Bolts. The FINS beat San Diego people, c'mon! They had to travel east, then play the Chargers and then come east to Buffalo. That is rough. My prediction is that the talk on this board will be quite different in 2 weeks.
