You can tell me the truth.......Did George Seifert tell you this in the airport a couple months ago when he was shipping in the blue and golds in time for the Sabres opening game?
In all seriousness, what difference does it make how old a GM is? What is your qualification for young and old? 40-60 ideal? 18-39 too young? Is there some type of chart your working off of?
This isn't a shot at the orgainization but between the GM and Owner we now have 168 years between the two of them. I not really sure how folks can claim these guys don't have the experience.
People kept drawing the Eli Manning/JP Losman comparison this season. Taking Eli's rookie stats with JP's first year stats. For those who did so, is it safe to expect JP will be as good next year as Eli is this year?
We still have the same front office staff. The same scouts with Modrak in charge. The only thing that changed is Marv has the final say now instead of TD. Personally I trust Marv more than TD. I'm not blowing a load in my pants over this or anything but I'll drink the koolaide and keep an open mind.
It wouldn't surprise me one bit if Ralph held off on the firing of MM for a day or two so Mularkey had time to contact all the guys on his staff personally instead of hearing it on TV......I have no proof of this but it wouldn't surprise me. Just my two cents.
Where did Mort say that? What I read was Bills fans want to develop a young QB but they also want to win now. How is he blaming the fans for anything? If anything he blames the D collapse. Oh well, flame away.....
