I had lunch with my 10 year old at school last week. The kids started talking football and my son said he was a Bills fan, which usually gets kids to start abusing him for it. But this year, all the other kids started saying what a great team we were and how the Bills and Lions would probably meet in the Superbowl. (the ESPN hype machine is doing it's job ) this is the first time my son seemed excited and proud to be a Bills fan. I'm loving it.

My son had a baseball game at 2:30 today so I went online and bought the DirectTv mobile app so that I could watch the game at the ball field. I head to the field and turned on my iPad late in the second quarter. It was a whole new ballgame after that and I am responsible for 3 and 0. You're welcome.

We won because I joined the game thread after halftime and predicted the comeback. Oh, and I changed shirts after the first half which clearly affected the outcome.

That was an awesome game. I was amazed how many people were jumping off the bandwagon after one bad half.
