Right now the Taylor factor is to big for the NFL to not want KC to make it to the super bowl.  There is to much money to be had with her bringing in fans that would never watch the super bowl.

Let's hope this guy decides it's time to call it a career.

If not, next season will just be the same *****.

Yeah, the SB would have no one watching if KC didn’t make it. The nfl definitely rigged the game so they would have viewers this year.

If the Chiefs win, Kelce will propose to her on the field, after the game.

You heard it here first lol.

All due respect Bill, you are like the one millionth person to say that. 😂 like Vegas won’t even offer this as a prop bet.

I'll celebrate more when Andy Reid decides to call it a career vs Mahomes or Kelce.

Yeah, Mahomes sucks without Reid!!! Reid won all those SBs without Mahomes!

No. He'll play one more year. He's still a major plus on the field

He literally barely tries in the regular season and turns out in the playoffs. It’s a good gig. They said he was out of shape and had to work himself into shape this year.

    Browns will trade for him

It would be wild if a team just flat out said screw character and just went crazy on scumbags. Sad part is most fans won’t care if they won. They would make excuses for their behavior.

Oh, yeah, Cosby was much more egregious, and I just googled the case and it’s quite sickening, but the point was basically about allegations and time elapsed. I don’t think 2016 is long enough ago that this just goes away.

Read Darren Sharper’s. Dude was going all over the country and even raping his girlfriend. Out of control,

  3. Yikes. You should see me at my massages now - I keep my hands hidden and think about baseball.

Why do these always take so long to come out? Also if he gets cut and Bass struggles again….. jk. He was my favorite kicker and picked him for fantasy every year. But much like when I had Adrian Peterson as a keeper from his rookie year, character counts. Sorry Justin but you will no longer be a member of Drilled & Filled going forward.

Had to turn Beane off. Sick of hearing the same answers year after year. Next year we’ll be another play away because they refuse to make ***** changes.

I salute anyone for watching press conferences. I cannot imagine anything more boring.

but that’s what good teams do. They don’t freak out every loss. If you add a weapon and game wrecker on defense, they will be hard to beat. Just need to find one.

Do you think Diggs was ever on the level in big moments as Hill, Kelce and Jones?

Looking back, he was never that guy.

He literally was a top 5 receiver most of his tenure here. Also, what did Kelce do that was special on Sunday?

we gotta stop with the fake narrative that Allen has just played with bums his whole career. The Chiefs are on their 3rd SB after trading away Hill. Their offensive weapons  are very meh.

For sure- young was amazing.  I just don’t think he’s as athletically gifted as 17

Allen is a freak. I’d say him and Newton are the two biggest freaks who are good to play the position (Joe Milton is a freak but he is wild as hell).

young’s numbers for that era are stupid good. He is a very mobile , tougher Tua.

allen was off on more throws than i would expect, he was yippy and excited.

if you replace allen on that team with any other qb in the nfl, including mahomes, you still lose and almost certainly by more.

Bills fans love dismissing Mahomes’ greatness. Been that way since he threw an INT in training camp,

You think Steve young is more athletically gifted?  I don’t.

I would give the edge to Allen because of his size and arm but Young was amazing. He would even better in this era where running qbs were more encouraged and you don’t take the pounding like they did in his day.

If the conclusion one is to draw from that press conference is that we won't go outside the organization much because we need to extend a bunch of guys who don't show up when it matters and hit on draft picks that he hasn't been hitting on.. Color me disillusioned that we'll ever get there.

Thing is, Beane also says stuff.  He's honest, to a point, but is also someone that can surprise us.

We can't make players become available, but if someone is, where it makes sense, I'll gladly trade a couple high picks and let a Benford/Bernard walk in order to finally give Josh a running mate like Mahomes has had x2 or x3 his entire career.

    Like Diggs?

If the Bills didn't have Josh Allen, I would be ecstatic at what the Bills have accomplished under McBeane every season.  But if there was ever a player in the history of the NFL that deserved a SB ring it's him.  He came to Buffalo, embraced and embodied the city, became a generational talent, single handedly got the Bills a new stadium deal and elevated everyone in the franchise around him.   At this point I want a Lombardi more for Josh than I do for the Bills.   NFL careers are fleeting and he carried this team on his back for 6+ years but those around him need to stop letting him down.

Let’s just settle down. Plenty of other bills players deserve rings. Allen came to us a super raw rookie who wasn’t even a star in the MWC. We gave him the Same OC for 4 years which never happens; traded for Diggs, drafted a bunch of offensive talent; and pay him a ton of money. He knows how much the Bills have done for him as well.

Allen is better than my wildest dreams could have imagined and we will always have a chance to win the SB. But man, for some, it seems like it’s the Buffalo Josh Allen’s instead of the Bills, which I bet you Allen doesn’t like. Why does Allen deserve a ring more than Dawkins, Milano, or Cook? It’s the ultimate team sport and has a great life playing for the Bills.

He hates the pro bowl.  I don't think he will ever go,,, maybe it was from being snubbed in the past.  i sometimes wonder if not going makes him less popular amongst his peers on other teams.

I don’t think Allen is emotional about these things as fans think he is. The pro bowl “games” is a joke event. One thing in Hawaii. Another thing in Orlando. He’s gonna just chill at home in Cali.

  12. Leslie Frazier top 3 defense and a bunch of injuries : see you loser!!!

bobby Babich with a meh defense: patience!!!

I won’t fire him but there are so many double standards. That said, it basically is one team that completely owns our defense and it is one that might be a dynasty. It absolutely sucks but until they get a stud pass rusher, it’s going to be hard to change things.

i know you are joking, but i'd hire spaggs and just have him leave the offense alone.  he runs the d, gives the O pointers on how easy some of our stuff is to beat, and he knows all about fat andy's tendencies.

at his worst he'd have our D allow mahomes his highest epa game of the season and highest success rate game of his career, which would exactly match what we just had (and our prior complete melt downs on D).  he'd also hurt the kc d by not being there, and that would be enough for us to have won that game.

Spags sucked as a head coach. You don’t think Mahomes and Reid, who go against his defense every day in practice, wouldn’t be able to scheme the crap out of it come playoffs???

the chiefs just cruise through regular seasons at this point and don’t show too much. They are just at a different level come playoff time.

Are we assuming that Josh Allen doesnt want McDermott as head coach?  I think that is a pretty large assumption.

*If* Allen went to ownership asking for a different direction, I think ownership should consider that.

It’s just fans assuming things. Allen has to recognize all the positive things McDermott has done for his career.

I would also struggle making one player the powerful despite how good they are. Roles are important in an organization.  When you let a player get too much power, it can blow up big time.

I believe there are two QBs in this league that can take ANY of the current 32 into the playoffs.

Allen and Lamar. Their skill set alone can and have been masking team deficiencies for the entirety of their careers.

Not saying Mahomes is just pettiness.

Why would he? Saints don't have anything close to a franchise QB nor in position to draft one. I hope Spags goes and he takes some free agents with him.

I agree with you but these jobs don’t come along that often. One day you’re a head coaching candidate, next one you’re unemployed.

7 minutes ago, Captain Hindsight said:

Honestly, the fact Pete Carroll, who is 73, got a job before McCarthy is pretty surprising. McCarthy is a good coach and a franchise wanted a stable presence, McCarthy would be a good choice.

10 years ago, we would kill to hire a guy like McCarthy

I think that was a timing thing. I also believe that McCarthy gets hate because of how he looks. I would be furious if I was cowboys fan (for a lot of reasons) if we fired MM and hired the ultimate nepo baby.

  16. Appreciate the effort. But it is wild that after spending a 2 1sts (Groot and Oliver), a 2nd (AJ), and a ton of money on Von, that would we need to use 2 high picks on D line (which makes sense).

maybe we should just trade for a proven guy a la Diggs since it clearly is a Bills weakness in finding major impact d linemen in the draft. Sad that the Raiders can find Maxx in the fourth and we would have to trade multiple high picks for him, but I would be on board since it’s such a major need.

    4 minutes ago, Brandon said:

I think it's very likely that one of those picks will be a CB.  If I had to guess,  they'll try to sign a decent DT in FA and draft one later.

It’s definitely going to be a corner. So frustrating after just spending a 1st on one.

hitting on Allen buys you a lot of job security. But man, these drafts have been meh.

It's quite rare in the last 10-12 years for this to happen. Prior to the Chiefs run, the Pats had byes from 2011-2018 and made the championship game every year, going to the SB five times. The only that got the SB in the AFC with no bye in that time period was the 2012 Ravens.

The bye and home field are huge advantages, and the stats show that. Of course, there are times where it doesn't work out for the team with the bye (the Lions this year, Baltimore last year), but going back to 2007, in the AFC a team without a bye has only gone to the SB three times (2012 Ravens, 2021 Bengals, 2023 Chiefs). 15 out of 18 times, a bye team made the SB.

Dave, within the last 5 years, the Bucs, Rams, Bengals, and Chiefs have made the SB playing wild card games.

  18. What would have happen if I met Margo Robbie before she met her husband? 🧐

id probably be a trophy husband/ home maker struggling to find my purpose in life, cheat with the nanny, get divorced, get in massive debt because I started gambling too much money to get my old life back, and die sad & alone. So in hindsight, I’m happy I never met her.

As an extension of this fantasy...I kept wondering if Allen and Mahones swap teams, what would be the result?

Josh, might not want to swap back.

Mahomes wins a SB last year playing with Diggs and Davis (ducks from garbage thrown on stage).

Surprise moves - not that I agree with these... or at least all of them, but I would be really surprised... I could do with a new set of eyes on the Defense. I would like Beane to also bring in another pro personnel guy.

Offense - Kincaid traded (that would be a total surprise)

    Defense - Babich fired

    ST - Bass cut

FO - Beane hires a new assistant of player personnel to help evaluate

    More likely moves

Offense - Coop, Samuel not resigned, Knox deal re done with a paycut.

    Defense - DL coach fired

    ST - Smiley out

FO - nothing unless it is to replace Gray or something like that.

Trading Kincaid at his all time lowest value would be an all time stupid move.
