Meaning he would make much less in the NHL, but it is his dream to play here according to him and his agent. His contract in Europe would have an out clause allowing him to leave whenever he wishes.

My first game ever was the last game of the '92 regular season at Houston. I've since been to Charlotte, Washington, and Baltimore, but that was horrible. I remember my 75 year old grandmother being treated like crap and had to put her wheelchair in the standing room section and not the specified wheelchair section. Plus we lost pretty bad and Kelly got hurt... the Oilers fans were relentless. Horrible first game experience.

I remember Ken Simonton did quite well for the Claymores when we allocated him. I think it was leading into the 2003 season.

Jeff Blake is indeed in the playoffs because he's an Iggle now. Not that this really proves anything since he's done jacksh*t. But you never know... backup quaterbacks can sometimes be a pleasant suprise this time of year.
