Came here to post just this.
Meanwhile we're over here with post-injury Tre and 30 year old Douglas, acting afraid to do anything with either of them.
This is literally bull####
You have absolutely no idea what their plans are- 1

Saquon would make this team untouchable. Run Cook for sweeps and passing plays. Run Saquon on 1st down and short yardage. Let them both cook! That would be amazing! I wish!
See there is this little thing called the salary cap

And to add to what @DCOrange says above - I completely agree with him that the age and single year of college production are legit "flags" on Legette's profile. I agree that the track record of guys with that profile coming into the NFL is not stellar.
But I think his 2023 film is very good and it is very good despite him being a one man offense. There was nobody else among the passing game weapons at South Carolina who will even play on Sundays. Teams were focussed on trying to take Legette away, especially by mid-season - the Florida game stood out to me.... it was almost as if the defenses were only playing Legette and he still had a big day. That is where to me he is just more impressive than some of other guys in the 2nd/3rd tier of this class - he had to stand up week after week and make the plays and be the alpha. Sure the two Texas kids have their merits but they also helped one another. Brian Thomas's production was definitely helped by Malik Nabers playing opposite him, Polk was opposite Odunze and even Franklin had Tez Johnson who has a chance to be a day 2 type pick next year to pick up some slack.
I am not surprised Todd McShay is describing him as a polarizing prospect. I think he will be exactly that. I think he will likely go in the first half of round 2, that is my prediction. There will be some teams that wouldn't touch him until round 3, I suspect that is right, but it only takes 1 to like him enough to go early and I think there will be. But honestly tape grade he is my WR4, I have him Franklin and Thomas basically in a muddle with late 1st and borderline 1st/2nd type grades and if Legette were to disappoint at the combine I could flip that some... I think he is a player who needs to perform well this week. He will still be in that little cluster for me but those 3 guys are close enough on tape to my eye that the testing profile will matter some to the order they end up in.
Steve Smith calls him a Metcalf clone for what it’s worth

The Democrats walked and chew gum at the same time while they were impeaching Trump. They were also passing bills.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/immigration/2024/02/11/trump-biden-immigration-border-compared/
This last article tells how Obama had many more deportations than Trump did even though his did spike after he took office but went down after yet Trump is still the bad guy when it comes to immigration ! Obama & with little or no help from Joe was the more aggressive team to try & get rid of illegals in the US .
I have no problem with people that want to better their lives by coming here but i DO NOT want to pay for them and believe that it should be legal entree & shouldn't be allowed to live here god only knows how many years before they can be legalized citizens .
I have known & worked along side with illegal immigrants in my time in Fl. and they were good hard working people that paid into the American tax system & knew how to speak english as it should be !!!!! That should be taken into consideration in their cases & how along with who brought them and the circumstances surrounding each individual .
But as usual the F tards that we elect that went to some 8+ yrs of college (and are supposedly much smarter than us) can't balance their own check book let alone the countries, & have little to no common sense in any of the laws they make one after the other. They would rather the US police the world spending BILLIONS instead of take care of the actual country they were elected to look after & in which they live .
With that being said i in no way see any one put into the office of POTUS doing anything to actually do good for the people or rather the "Legal Citizens" of this country but will continue to blow money as if they have it to spend elsewhere rather than here where it is needed ! And the ignorants will continue in DC as usual !!
I really wish that those new chip factories would not have went into red states. All they do is B word.
I really wish that that infrastructure bill would not affect roads in red states. All they do is B word.

Well by not having a impeachment it will save the tax payers some money & not be putting more on the deficit .
In any impeachment that i have ever seen except 1 nothing has ever become of it . It's a DC S**T show to make us think they are holding people accountable only to let it go through the process then NOTHING . See we showed them !!!
What happened to Clinton, Trump, nothing just a huge dog & pony show ! The only POTUS that had any kind of morality i guess for lack of a better term that actually stepped down because he wasn't proud of what he did was Nixon & that was the only time i can remember impeachment ever having any effect other than a huge waist of time & money .
And if i remember correctly i don't think they actually impeached Nixon he resigned prior to that as to not have to go through with it i think ??
Mayorkas is blinded by his agenda & believes his own lies or a the very least try's to twist it as they do to make it look as if he really cares & is really trying to do what is right . But seeing as crimes by illegal immigrants such as this latest murder along with he increased numbers of illegals entering the country we all know different but he doesn't .
The numbers are out there for all to see but a lot of Americans either just don't care or are to lazy to look at it & see it for what it is . I watched a little news in passing yesterday that said that in Trumps 1st year he had 2.7 million attempted crossings & Bidens 1st yr he had 7.9 million . HELLO !!!
They Americans & politicians continue to drink the Kool-aid and the only ones that are doing anything thing are the Gov. of Texas & other states sending troops to help with the border crisis but until this administration & it's cronies like Schumer, Mayorkas take off their blinders nothing will get accomplished .
Saving the taxpayers money
What a joke you have Republicans in the house right now that are stealing the taxpayers money they have done nothing for you

How is it going? It was dead from the start.
The Republicans waited until there were some Democrats that were out sick so that they actually had the numbers to impeach by one vote, which, of course will die in the Senate
You should understand how this works by now if you weren’t so stupid

Only the best most qualified people are chosen by Trump.
This is beautiful. Trump gets all the donated cash for himself and gets to choose which sniveling begging candidates he gets to throw a few pennys to.
Maga candidates aren’t doing too well. This is a gift to the Democrats.

And I think that bothers you You’re in the minority

It does talk about where we are as a nation
In the past if you had a candidate, who was under indictment like this in so many different jurisdictions, and already taken losses for wrongdoing, you would think that their poll numbers would speak for themselves
We live in a world where down is up

Well Mr DS some business men which you apparently are not will purposely bankrupt a business to show a loss so that they don't have to pay as much in taxes but you follow your DS leader that you voted for & just continually loose money and continue to put the country in debt instead of separating from the leaches that feed off the American tax payer .
In what way does this take away from the fact that Donald Trump bk several businesses? Including the casino, which is almost impossible.
He said he wants to run the country like a business

A fresh start with an accomplished governor and UN ambassador who really knows the uselessness of that org is what we need, and her accounting background is another huge plus.
But.....We have this primary system.
Ya.
Biden doesn’t have the support that you think he does. It’s simply a lack of options.

The biggest reason why the swamp doesn't like the orange man is 1 because he runs the country like a business and is very shrewd doing so and 2 because he won't listen to any of the career cronies that have been in charge .
That and he doesn't know when to shut his pie hole amounts a few other things so no one in DC will ever get behind him because he will not conform to what they are trying to accomplish ...
Like a business, huh?
How many bankruptcy is this now and exactly how the ***** do you bankrupt a casino?

Why? Because they spent a 1st round pick on a CB that is good and needs to play. And Douglas is 30 with position flexibility and we want him on the field.
Elum in no way has shown that he can man that position in this defense
Now it’s everybody’s hope that he does improve because he is a bill, but we know for fact that Douglas can man it
Personally, I could see Elam getting traded

Yeah I got ganged up on in this thread for being right. That being said, I don't mind having Knox on the team. I think he really does add something both from his blocking ability and his leadership.
I just never thought that those skills were worth a top 5 TE contract. It's just wild to think he makes only $1M less a year than Travis Kelce, and yet averages only 34 receptions per year.I think those reception numbers would be up if we had not drafted an elite tied end but it is what it is

Tasker knows something to say that. Douglas is the perfect candidate to switch to safety. Packers actually talked about doing it.
Sign Douglas to an extension and then switch him to safety. Sign Douglas to maybe a 2 year extension around $20-25 million.
Why would we do this whenever he is one of our best cornerbacks

I see the conservatives in this thread, trying to dispute the title and I just can’t help but laugh
When was the last time you saw two Democrat women getting ready to get into a fistfight on the house floor or kicking out their own speaker or going through 100 reelection votes because they can’t name one

You’re not gonna pay Douglas $10 million that contract is set up so that it can be extended
Just can’t count for injuries whenever it’s your star players. If those guys were healthy, we would love them taking up that cat but it’s not controllable.
