The Billy Joe Hobert Factor
Billsjunkie replied to RochBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives

No but my gosh you people are acting like this man can win the games himself. Have faith in your own team!
-
Hey go ahead and poke fun. Moss is nothing special anymore. Good WR still make big plays and put up big numbers. Moss with his piss poor attitude will not be this HUGE factor that everyone is thinking. OVERATED.
-
Young? The man isn't that young. Again the Pats have so many wideouts that they like to get the ball to, Moss isn't going to get a ton of touches like one may think. Not to mention his short game is weak IMO. I see Moss causing problems in the end if you ask me.
-
Moss is all name at this point in his career. Ever since Culpepper left Minnesota Moss's and Dauntes careers have gone down hill. The Pats are beatable just like any other team on any given Sunday. Since the Pats have Welker, Reche, Chad Jackson, Jabar Gaffney, Ben Watson, etc.......how long before Moss starts complaining that he isn't getting the ball enough? Brady hits the open man. He doesn't play favorites.
-
Moss doesn't scare me anymore. We have a deep threat of our own.
-
I would be happier than my wedding day lol. Or maybe not.
-
Are you serious? Or are you just being a turd.
-
You sure its not Walker?

This board does nothing but piss me off during this time. I should just go back to viewing and not posting. Why is anyone suprised? Marv likes to use his draft picks. Donahoe drafted for the first couple rounds and the rest were fodder. I like Marvs first draft and the contributions that we got out of that class. If they can improve and Marv can do it again. Were looking at our OWN team that could gel and carry us somewhere. Not bringing in a ton of castaways and trying to gel them.

Buffalo is one of 7 teams interested in RB Chris Brown
Billsjunkie replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Brown would be good as a 2nd option but he isn't durable enough for the starting role. I wouldn't mind having him on the team though. He is a very good back when healthy. -
What other teams are making splashs right now? Oh yeah......none. Let Marv do his thing. Again to anyone who thinks that FA is loaded with talent you better go take another hit of our crack pipe. Marv builds through the draft just like when he was a coach. I would rather bring my own guys in via the draft than search through others castaways. If Marv can hit the 07 draft like he did with 06 than we are on our way back to being contenders again.

What Bills fans can't wrap their minds around
Billsjunkie replied to billybob's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Crowell is guarenteed a spot as well as Simpson. I think we have a good amount of pieces in place. -
Raiders RT Walker in for visit
Billsjunkie replied to Chicken Wing '73's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
At least there bringing guys in. I swear some of you want them to trade for every all pro lineman out there. There just not to be had this FA period. -
No.......... What I'm saying is that Crowell was one heck of a MLB at UVA. I see the Bills putting Crowell back at MLB before drafting a rookie for that position. I also do not think that Wire will be a starter. But I do think that the Bills will rotate Wire and Ellison. Do you really want a rookie calling plays in the middle of your defense? I don't. I also really like Keith at LB. He may be a bit small but thats what you want in that cover two defense. Marv will make a pick that few will understand on here and in the media most likely. I have no problem with that either. He knows more than us and understands more than us. If we knew more than we would be employed by the NFL.
-
We will not take Patrick Willis. Bank on it. We need a vet in that middle to call the defensive alignments. My take with the Coy Wire re-signing is that Crowell will move back to the MLB spot where he played his college ball, wire or ellison on the outside, with spikes moving back to Crowells old spot on the weak side. I see CB or RB with this first pick.

Will the Rams go after Chris Kelsay
Billsjunkie replied to ganesh's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Um actually we traded a draft pick to the Rams this year for Hargrove. Why would they trade for him back? -
Jeff Samardzija Could drop BIG time
Billsjunkie replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Pats already took Chad Jackson in the 1st last year there not going after Jeff even if he is already there. -
How long will Mularkey last?
Billsjunkie replied to ThreeBillsDrive's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Great post.... I agree 100% Jauron is here to stay as long as Marv is in charge. Patience has really payed off with these guys. They have shown that 90% of the posters on this board are retards when it comes to running the show. I have been really impressed on how they have made adjustments with this team. They are not stubborn at all. They are smart. -
Dont forget what the Bills did this Sunday........
Billsjunkie replied to marauderswr80's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That was what really made me smile walking out of the stadium with my wife yesterday. We beat that meathead into the ground. He is eating those words that he spoke before our first meeting with him this year. -
Hilarous it is to hear some of the excuses and things.
-
I felt the same way in the stadium smokin. There were a good number of drops though to be fair. Morris had one go off his knee. McMichael had a few. AH GOOD TIMES!

Hargrove is an emotional animal!!
Billsjunkie replied to Billsjunkie's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good point. A lot of players were doing it on the goal line stand as well. 12th man baby and we were in full force yesterday and you could tell that the players were feeding off of it. I know I was. Like I posted in another thread.....I felt like we were all ready to go into battle like in medieval times with the way the screaming and banging on the seats were taking over the stadium. BIG TIME RUSH!!! -
The guy got me to lose my voice during the game. On kickoffs he ran around before the ball was kicked and was jumping in the air hitting his fellow players. He would slap Haggan in the head and then look at the crown arms waving and nodding his head. The guy was getting our whole section just rabid. I love him to death. He may not make huge plays on that field but his emotions alone and the feeling that he brings is amazing. If he can get me all riled up and make me feel like I want to go down on that field and kill some fish than I can only fathom how his teamates feel when he gets all crazy. LOVE THE GUY!!!

The goal line stand at the end of the game
Billsjunkie replied to Gary M's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I stayed and it was an amazing atmosphere. Rockpile was right. The noise level did not go down even though the stadium was half emptied.
