  1. Hovan, Archuleta, and Bentley would be nice additions.
  2. Cuts Mike Williams (we save 5.5 mill. and he isn't worth it) Sam Adams ( I believe we save somwhere aroung 2.9 mill. and I don't think he wants to be here even though I still feel that he is a good player. Jeff Posey (We save almost 2 mill. and Crowell came on at the end of the year.) Mark Campbell (I think we save something like 1.7 mill. if we cut him) Lawyer Milloy (We save nearly 3 mill be letting him go. He has lost too much and is over the hill in my opinion) Restructure Eric Moulds (I'm hoping he restructures to a much more friendly cap number so that we can keep him) Franchie Nate (It's only 5.1 mill. to keep him for this year, and that isn't too bad) FA Accquisitions Adam Archuleta Lecharles Bentley Chris Hovan Draft 1st round: H. Ngata 2nd round: Eric Winston, or if he isn't available the next best tackle. 3rd round: Jason Spitz from Louisville or Taitusi Lutui from USC. Both are guards and they are the #1 and 2 ranked seniors by Kiper. Kiper expects Spitz to be drafted late 2nd to early 3rd, and Taitusi in the 3rd. 3rd Round (from Tennessee): . Dwayne Slay, a FS from Texas Tech or D'Qwell Jackson, a LB from Maryland. Slay is a hard hitter who's big and can run. He's expected to go in the 2nd or 3rd round. If he isn't there I'de go with Jackson if he is there. He is also expected to go in the 2nd or 3rd, and the only knock about him is that he is a bit small. He's very similar to Crowell when he came out. This is what my team would like next year: QB: Losman RB: McGahee, cheap FA RB like N. Davenport FB: D. Shelton WR: Moulds, Evans, Parrish TE: Kevin Everett, Tim Euhus LT: Eric Winston (2nd rounder) LG: Jason Spitz (3nd rounder) and Mike Gandy can battle it out for the starting job C: Lecharles Bentley (FA) RG: Chris Villarrial and Duke Preston can battle out for the starting job RT: Jason Peters DE: Aaron Schobel DT: Chris Hovan (FA) DT: H. Ngata (1st rounder) DE: Chris Kelsay LLB: Angelo Crowell MLB: London Fletcher RLB: Takeo Spikes CB: Nate Clements CB: Terrence McGee SS: Adam Archuleta FS: Dwayne Slay (3rd rounder) and R. Baker battle it out for the starting spot If Slay and Baker both aren't ready yet then we plug Vincent back in there. If one of them is ready and can start then you move Vincent to the nickel. Let me know what you agree with and don't agree with!!
  3. I played in 2 leagues and actually won both. One of the leagues was R Rich's keeper league, so that was fun.
  4. I would be happy if we end up with Ngata, but if Mario Williams is there and we pass we deserve to be a bad team. I would like us to trade down and get two late round picks, Possibly Denver. We could then grab one of the O-Lineman and also grab a D-Lineman in the first.
  5. Mario Williams will definitely be gone. I'de say we're looking at one of these 3 in this order. DT from Oregon Ngata CB/S from VT J. Williams DE from Penn State M. Hali I think it's a given that Bush, Lienert, M. Williams, D. Ferguson, and A.J. Hawk will be gone. That leaves one of these 3 players to be left for us. Kiper said that Hali should be a lock for a top 10 pick as well as J. Williams. I think Ngata depends on how well he does at the combine.
  6. You make a good point there. The Bills are coached not to give up the big play, and not to make the big play. Kudos to McGee for ignoring Gray and making the big play.
  7. 2nd place overall, but also 2nd in the division.
  8. If we loose Moulds, Evans is going to have games like this on a consistent basis. It is much different having the #1 corner on you with the FS double teaming you then going up against just the #2 corner.
  9. Posey had like 9 sacks with the Texans when they played a 3-4 the year we signed him. He is better suited as a 3-4 LB.
  10. Sorry R. Rich, I basically posted what you posted, but I typed it up before I read yours.
  11. The DT from Oregon (I think his name is Ngata) is a top 10 pick if he declares and it is said that he could play the DT in a 3-4. The guy is like 350 and has unusual speed for someone that big. If we were to switch to a 3-4 Schobel would have to switch to LB, which I think he could do, but it definitely wouldn't be his strength. Kelsay would have to gain a bunch more weight just to be able to play in a 3-4. We would basically have to get 2 more 300 pound lineman that can move in order to switch to a 3-4. If you look at teams playin a 3-4, you have to have big lineman, almost like having 3 DT's that can run to the ball. Look at Dallas or New England for example. New England basically has 3 DT's with Warren, Wilfork, and Seymour. Dallas also has 3 DT's with Ferguson, Glover, and Spears. Although I would like the change, I don't think we have the personal to do this.
  12. Mark my words, Eric Moulds will be in the pro bowl next year. This guy is still a top 10 WR and just because he doesn't have anyone to throw him the ball everyone thinks he sucks. He constantly gets double teamed, and when he goes Evans isn't going to even know what to do with 2 people on him. I can see Moulds going to a team like the Eagles or the Chargers or the Patriots and putting up pro bowl numbers.
  13. After that hit Parrish left the game and didn't return.
  14. Willis gets hurt every other play. Last year he would make me hold my breath everytime he got hurt, but this year I don't even care if he gets up.
  15. If we beat the Jets we're going to drop a bunch of picks, probably to like 11 or 12.
  16. Schobel and Kelsay can't play a 3-4. They're considered little DE's in a 4-3.
  17. comparing LJ and LT isn't the as Losman and Manning. It's like comparing P. Manning to E. Manning.
  18. Shaud Williams is probably the worst 3rd down back in the league. This 5 foot 5 guy went undrafted for a reason. The guy isn't fast like everyone thinks. He runs a 4.6+. I know he understands the offense and is a good blocker and team player and all that, but he's terrible and not an NFL running back.
  19. You're right, lets just stick with the good character guys with little talent, (Josh Reed, Sam Aiken) instead of bringing in talented players and giving them a second chance. There aren't many FA WR on the market this year, so all the crap about cutting Moulds needs to stop until you can think of a replacement.
  20. K. Robinson has an option deal I believe, but I could be wrong. Anyhow, if we loose Moulds we're definitley going to need another good WR. Without Moulds, all the double coverage will go to Evans. There are so few WR's in this league that can produce while being doubled, and Lee isn't one of them, at least yet. The Bills better have someone in mind that they want to get this offseason.
  21. I said keep M. Williams if he restructures to a descent price. This is the first year Williams has missed more than 3 games so I wouldn't say he's injury prone. Also, at the beginning of the year McGahee was playing great racking up the yardage, but since M. Williams went down with the injury our run blocking has gotten even worse. I think people are underestimating how much we would miss Clements. Greer, King, or any other rookie would get eaten up. You want McGee to be our #1 CB? The guy is very good, but he is 5-8, and there is no way he can cover any of the bigger WR's in this league. Gandy has probably been our best and most consistent Offensive lineman this year, and he has an option on him for 1.1 million after this season. The Bills aren't going to pick up that salary unless they think he can start. What makes you think that drafting a rookie lineman will fix our problems?? The guy will probably be just like M. Williams. Offensive lineman take some years to get good, even the high picks. Ex: Gallery from Oakland.
  22. MY OFFSEASON!! Now here is my offseason if I was the GM. 3 out of our first 4 draft picks should be DL and OL help. We should see if we can get anything for Nate, and we should try and lock him up as long as it isn't top 5 money. We should try to keep M. Williams as long as he restructures and move Peters to LT(where he practiced at all training camp) and MW to back to RT. Remember, M. Williams was our best lineman last year and was really starting to come around. This year he has been injured almost the whole time. We should then pick up the option on Gandy and move him to guard, his natural position. In FA we should get A. Bryant, and if not him go after K. Robinson. With our first pick we should take the best lineman, with the 2nd pick I'de go with a CB or a safety, with our 2 3rd's I'de go with 2 more lineman. With the way Mularky has treated S. Adams and Moulds they will definitely be gone after the season. Either Milloy or Vincent will probably be gone next year, and they'll plug Baker in. If they let both go, I would expect them to draft a safety with their 2nd round pick. If they let Clements go, then I think we keep one of the safties and draft a CB with our 2nd. Guys who shouldn't be around next year: Teague S. Adams Moulds Milloy Posey Vincent B. Anderson Shaud Williams Aiken Starting Lineups QB: Losman RB: McGahee Backup RB: If Gates isn't the answer then use our 4th on one or pick one up in FA FB: Shelton WR: Evans WR: A. Bryant WR: Parrish TE: Everrett RT: M. Williams RG: Vilarillu C: Preston LG: Gandy LT: Peters DE: Kelsay DT: 1st rounder, 3rd rounder DT: R. Edwards, 3rd rounder(Maybe a FA pickup if we have enough $) DE: Schoebel OLB: Spikes MLB: Fletcher OLB: Crowell CB: Clements FS: Baker SS: 2nd round pick CB: McGee Hopefully by cutting Milloy, S. Adams, Vincent, Moulds, and restructuring M. Williams we'll have more money to spend than just on A. Bryant and N. Clements. So if that is the case we sign DL and OL. Let me know what you think...............
  23. Well if you're going to say that, then he shouldn't be on the field.
