They're not deciding anything. Penalties have been low this game. Which is fine with me; I'd rather have holding going on and the refs staying out of it and letting the teams play than the officials calling a bad or one-sided game.

Losing to Seattle 6-3. Of course, I could cry. I picked Seattle to be the highest scoring team this week in my pool. Holding hasn't been a penalty for the Patriots in about five years. This is a really clean game, so far. Both teams combined for three called penalties. Either they're both playing very disciplined football, or the refs really suck.
