It’s definitely an improvement. Mooney can eat in the slot but we’ll see.

I actually don’t think Claypool is a good fit for Chicago. He’s a contested catch guy, Fields needs a route runner that gets separation. I would’ve loved Claypool in Buffalo. Perfect complement to Diggs. And yes a late 1st would’ve been great. WR will be a hot position next draft.

That is the point. People believe the Bills wanted to run 2 TE base this year. There is some talk of going after Noah Fant from local media people.

Hamlin and Poyer is good. Johnson is way too slow reacting. Poyer is struggling though health wise this year.

Hyde and Poyer injured. We aren’t winning the AFC with Hamlin and Johnson as a safety duo.

Said the same about Von, didn’t want to send out high picks for a possible rental. His own words. Inquiring is not actually doing. The Bills can win a Super Bowl without a deadline deal but it does set him up for criticism if they don’t advance past the AFC.

Every contender is making major moves.

Depends. Many people believe the Bills want to run a base 2 TE offense. I’ve seen the name Noah Fant also around Twitter.

He’s never added to the roster via trade in season with Josh Allen as QB. He’s instead added those players in the offseason, Diggs and Von.

He definitely will face severe consequences. Maybe not this offseason but in a year or 2 the praise will turn to boos if the Bills don’t go past the AFC Championship game. When expectations are Super Bowl you have to actually reach the Super Bowl at some point. If we had Von Miller last year I feel confident we’d beat KC last year. Beane could’ve had Von Miller last trade deadline.

Jonathan Abram is a name floating around. But I would call Atlanta about Dean Marlow. Knows the system.

Hasn’t happened yet so how could it? You guys can laugh all you want but you know Johnson and Hamlin together have been terrible. Poyer and Hamlin is good. Safety play is very important to our defense.

No moves when our safeties are hurting is a bad look for Beane. I was high on Johnson in the preseason but whenever he plays big plays happen. Beane needs to add a safety or face the consequences if safety is a problem later in the season. It’s his risk to take. It’s a dumb risk. Adding safety depth won’t cost much.

We’re not a perfect roster, especially after injuries. There are moves to be made. Doesn’t have to be a blockbuster.

I’m going to play along here. Last year the Chiefs made a small deal for Melvin Ingram who played a huge role in the playoff game vs the Bills. We aren’t a perfect team. There are improvements to be made. Safety, OL depth, WR depth can all be improved without giving up a ransom of picks. There’s also bigger moves to be made, but doing nothing again would be a pretty big statement by Beane. Something we’ll remember if the Bills never get past the AFC championship game.
