    Jamestown is a tiny city that doesn't build anything anymore, of course it's a dump, regardless of its politics.   But I would be much more comfortable walking down the least safe street in Jamestown at night than I would be walking from MSG to the Port Authority in NYC in broad daylight.  NYC is falling apart.

     

    Personally, I prefer to sit on the deck at ECB in Bemus.

    We're going to drive there and back, helps that it is a Sunday 1pm game.  At the most we might get a hotel close to Buffalo for Saturday night so it's less of a drive Sunday.  

    I am driving from near NYC to Warsaw on Saturday,  staying at the microtel and driving straight home after the game on Sunday.

    I think they killed it before I got there. The SAEs put on a hell of a pig roast though.

    If anything, delaying hurts Jack Smith’s pace because it comes perilously close to the election, and that’s not counting appeals, the possibility of Trump winning, and then pardon himself is very real because of the timeframe

     

    I am kind of curious on how do people feel if Trump is convicted of these crimes and then pardons himself? Are they still gonna play partisan politics on that?

    i didn't come from the kind of money that the higher strata preppies did.  I never knew what an oxford shirt was til it became a uniform for me at SLU.  SAE's weren't into drugs then.  skiing...a kid named erdmann and another named diamond were members that I skied at NCAA races with several times including whiteface.  what a trip!.  Good friends.

    Phil Lanzatella would be my guess.  Other guys from that Era that I know are Mike Connors and Tod Northrop.

    The fact that the trial wasn't scheduled to start until this year, for one. If he had all of the ironclad proof you describe he could have done this 6 months ago.  I think his goal is to let Trump get the nomination before he is convicted.
