Actually, I posted as TigerJ for years.  I wasn't banned at all, but somehow my computer lost the login information and I couldn't remember my password.  I tried following the prescribed procedure to get a link to change my password, but never got an email.  After a few months, I just decided to apply for a new account with a new user name.  A troll job is a troll job regardless of how long I or Gugny has been a member.

Ok we've hit a point where the airport thing has lost its uniqness and specialness. Fans were at the gate Sunday after they beat Miami and I am here to say ya'll gotta stop.

When they broke the drought, when they clinched the division, heck when they truly clinched the playoffs against PIT in 2019 I get going those days. Those were big important days which celebrations are worth. I myself would've went in 2020 had they beat Houston as winning your first playoff game in 20+ years also is one of those big moments.

But were at the point people are just going for the sake of going. Beating a team to get to 1-1 ruins the coolness that had been established prior. Some of you may say I am no fun, but to me things like greeting the team at the airport should be received for occasions that grant it. Truth be told now that the team has made progress I'd rather see this held back to winning the AFC title, then just a regular season win that really isn't special at all.

Honestly, the OP looks like a troll job.  Epenesa was hitting Tagovailoa as the ball was leaving, not a late hit.  It was not too high, not too low.  When they landed Epenesa was perpendicular across his chest, but he was on his hands and knees in a crawl position and did not look as if he was putting weight on Tua.  It could not have been much cleaner unless Tua still had a hold of the ball going down.

Hey @Gugny a rookie called you a "troll job"!!! 🤣

I don't care what anybody sez, it doesn't take a genius to know that Allen is not playing up to last year's standards any way you look at it. No, he is not terrible but he is not playing like a franchise QB at all. His passes are all over the place. Too long too don't, into triple coverage, yuck.

He threw with incredible accuracy last season putting the ball right on the mark.

Do I expect him to come back?

Yes, he's slumping, end of story. He might have to come to terms with that contract. He know makes way more than any other Bill and I think that is unsettling for a team oriented guy like Josh. How can you be a great team mate when you make ten times more than the next guy? That is a ton of pressure, just a ton.

On tap of all that, Pittsburgh played its super bowl against our s and whooped our ass making things really tough on Allen and Miami might have the very best secondary in the league.

Now, this week, he faces perhaps the best front four in the league. Yes, maybe better than Pittsburgh's....

Washington, I suppose, is going to try to do the same exact thing Pittsburgh did.

Josh has to throw short with speed and accuracy and Daboll must run some well coordinated runs.

We might be wise to run that reverse pass offense where you look short first then long.... Get five yards a pop for around 16 plays ending with a TD. Make the defense feel the pressure instead. And no, Josh has not thrown particularly well throwing short yet this year. Against WTF, would be his first accurate short game of the year.... but he can do it! I know he can.

Did you even read the article? Or would it make your head explode with thoughtful and logical breakdowns on the solid game Josh played?

While Bills head coach Sean McDermott conceded his team fell short of a "complete game" Sunday, the atmosphere in the home locker room was much darker, as to be expected.

Xavien Howard, Miami's All-Pro cornerback, described the mood among the Dolphins team as "like a funeral" after a lopsided 35-0 defeat to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium.

Howard's postgame interview took an even more disheartening turn soon after. Asked if he was surprised by how his team played Sunday, Howard – who intercepted Josh Allen in the second quarter – said, simply, "No." Then the interview ended.

The Dolphins, fresh off a 17-16 road victory over New England, fell flat in their home opener, barely mustering 200 yards of total offense and failing to score in a game for the first time since Sept. 15, 2019, a 43-0 loss to New England.

Perhaps the manner in which last season ended for Miami – a 56-26 mauling at the hands of the Bills – still lingered. Had Miami won that game, or if the Ravens, Browns or Colts had lost in Week 17, the Fins would have advanced to the postseason. Miami's defense allowed Josh Allen to throw for three scores in that game, with backup quarterback Matt Barkley adding one of his own.

Sunday, Miami head coach Brian Flores was a little more verbose than Howard, explaining that the Dolphins "beat themselves" through penalties, dropped passes and missed tackles, while shouldering some of the blame for the lack of preparedness. The Dolphins (1-1) have a chance to rebound next weekend in Las Vegas against the Raiders.
