I think he missed a huge chunk of this year with some sort off leg injury. Last year(03) he was a lot less accurate than Lindell was this year. He also doen't have the strongest leg.

Right now on The Discovery channel, they are showing school bus figure 8 track racing. Now that is entertaining. Last years champ said it is a tough "sport", last year only 2 of the 10 busses finished the race.

The rumor of Teague being cut surprised me. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. First of all his play improved dramatically last year. I don't think he is near greatness but all indications from the coaching staff were that he really stood up this past year. What makes less sense to me is the financial ramifications of letting him go. He doesn't cost much against our cap. To replace him and resign/replace JJ just doesn't seem doable. Even if we replace him and JJ, he would still give us much needed depth. I would be very surprised if we outright released him.

$10 million bonus for Jones in SEA and now 12+ for Diem, I figure that puts JJs bonus worth $7-9 million. He is not as good as either of them plus he does have a history of missing games due to injury. I think that bonus is doable for the Bills. The problem is supply and demand in the NFL. Someone might just be desperate enough to overpay JJ and in that case the Bills will have to make the left side of the OL their top priority. Has anyone heard anything about ongoing contract talks for JJ and Pat? Are they talking again?

Yeah the reason I can't watch soccer is because there are no commercials. I'd rather watch fishing or curling. I would watch a show about soccer MILFs though.

This is the one thing that many people here seem to forget when they get all uptight about having an unproven QB lead this team. JP has a great supporting cast. Did we win 9 games (and almost win 3 more) last year because of Drew's ability? I think we can all agree, NO! We won because we had excellent play from our special teams, defense and a major improvement by our OL and Willis. JP will be starting next year with Moulds and Evans outside and Willis in the backfield. I think the OL showed great improvement through the second half of the season and whether we retain JJ or not, I suspect that TD will be actively looking to improve the line in FA. I for one am not worried that much about JP's first year as a starter; I just don't see a big drop-off in production compared to Bledsoe last year. We shall see, and remember the magic 8 ball knows all. LOL!

Now you're flip flopping...take a stand man! Just kidding, when I read your original post I too thought you had a heavy negative slant to it, but you did point out some positives. Any attempt to look into JPs college career will not give us any real insight into his pro abilities IMHO. He played for a team that was terrible, in a conference that was terrible. Even if you look at games that he played against top notch college programs we can't get an accurate read on him because he had no supporting cast around him. We will all have to wait and see what this kid can do for us. FYI when I asked the magis 8 ball if JP would be an excellent QB next year it said, "It is decidedly so." When I asked the magic 8 ball if JP would win us a SB next year it said, "Most likely."

Like you said though there is NO excuse for this guy. Any other pedophile would have been locked up when this "problem" first came to light. Wacko avoided criminal charges that time when the parents of the abused child dropped all charges and refused to cooperate with authorities after they received a hefty settlement. I am sick and tired of the two different court systems we have. One for us regular folk and another for celebrities and the wealthy. What makes me more sick is that Wacko was allowed to even be near children after the first incident. What kind of parent would ever allow their child to be alone with him much less spend the night at his house.

I like what I read in that article. All of the top RBs are getting tagged, which means Henry's value is only going up. There are a few teams in desperate need of a RB, the lack of proven vets means a 2nd rounder is becoming more and more of a possibility.

I am sure that Nate got a bonus for the Pro Bowl. It seems to me that a $2 million escalation from a Pro Bowl appearance is a bit high (nearly 5 times his salary). I suspect that his initial salary was listed wrong in the first place by the source you got your information.
