Strange to say it but we actually got our first bit of luck at the end there with them not getting the TD but the clock running out so they couldn’t get the FG. I disagree that it’s a panic, I think a few people had legitimate concerns before the game as in another dimension we could have been 1-3 going into the pats game. The ravens win was a once in a lifetime miracle, and we were a brainless blocked punt penalty away from possibly losing to both the dolphins and the saints. A loss had been coming, it was just doubly frustrating that it came to the pats and Diggs

Like I said, it wasn’t so much that Cooper put up great numbers but his presence opened up the field for the rest of the receivers. Would have been nice to get more production from him too, but I don’t think we’d have made the AFCCG without that trade I really believe that

I wrote this on another thread but everybody eats only worked last year because of Cooper, before they got him everyone was complaining about a lack of #1 WR like now. He didn’t put up the numbers we hoped for, but his presence gave us a fear factor that meant the opposition often put their best CB on him which helped the rest of our guys. We don’t have that this year, so yes we put up 41 against the ravens D (which doesn’t look that impressive now considering how many points they’ve shipped since) but it’s expected to curb stomp the jets and saints and the dolphins are hardly a great D either, when we came up against a well coached D we only scored 20 and that at home too.
