Pooj - At my gym we have something called boot camp. It is led by a "drill instructor" to guide you through the sets. It is a 1 hour mix of cardio, weight, and core (abs and back) training. Not only does it kick my butt but it is fun and challenging. I actually enjoy going. Check with some of the gyms in your area. I know that they offer it at Bally's.
