  2. The dumbest part of the meltdown is we are going to draft multiple dlineman better than the two backups we signed lol Same applies at corner
  3. That's why I said if Carter and Solomon ascend. They definitely flashed as rookies but you're correct in that we don't know if they will be anything having star power yet. Bosa has to stay healthy. But bosa is still absolutely in his prime unlike Von. Hopefully they have a good load management plan which i think they will. They're not just drafting 2 dlineman. I have had as much as 5 dlineman being drafted in my mock sometimes They're not close to Done on the dline or on the defense
  4. Possibly. Patterson was kinda similar tho as a gadget player. Their archetype is similar. But you're right, I hope tez Johnson possibly falls to rd 4-5 to be our deep threat. He ran 4.5 , can probably easily get to 4.4 on his pro day. His field speed is awesome Allen needs his Don Beebe
  5. 30: R1 P30 EDGE Mike Green - Marshall 56: R2 P24 EDGE Princely Umanmielen - Ole Miss 62: R2 P30 DL Joshua Farmer - Florida State 109: R4 P7 CB Zy Alexander - LSU 132: R4 P30 DL Aeneas Peebles - Virginia Tech 169: R5 P31 CB Mello Dotson - Kansas 173: R5 P35 WR Kobe Hudson - UCF 177: R6 P1 CB Zah Frazier - UTSA 204: R6 P28 RB Jordan James - Oregon 206: R6 P30 EDGE Tyler Batty - BYU In this mock, Epenesa is possibly released or traded. If Farmer/ Peebles and Carter/ Logue ascend, Maybe Daquan is released or traded Dane Jackson and Ingram / C. Lewis go to the practice squad And I still drafted a wr and rb Opening day defensive depth potential Bosa/ Green*/ Solomon Oliver/ Peebles*/ Batty* Farmer*/ Carter Rousseau/ Princely*/ Batty* Bernard/ Williams Milano Benford/ Dotson* Alexander*/ Frazier* T. Johnson/ Hardy Bishop / Hamlin Rapp/ Forrest
  6. Really hoping for omenihu. He's fully healthy and 2 yrs removed from his knee injury. Only 28 and a really complete de
  7. I love how ppl just say our rookie class sucked last year when it was the opposite before these guys got hurt. And then once bishop finally got settled in after his injury, he looked much better at the end of the season. Coleman was in the running for being the best rookie wr in the NFL before the injury, Carter was getting more and more snaps and emerging before he got hurt. Solomon showed real pass rush flash, ray Davis looked really good, Grable won the swing tackle job as a rookie. And we even have a Daequan Hardy who could surprise and ascend in year two, Ulofishio etc.... Ppl are wanting to assign blame instead of Really looking around the league and saying wow. The jets are a joke, so is Miami and the pats. So much for the Bengals, how about the browns trading away Mayfield, look at how overrated Dallas is? Nobody wants to win a championship more than me for this city. I was upset after the afc championship and said it's never going to happen etc. we're all emotional about the team They are going to win a couple super bowls with Allen. We have the right ppl in place as frustrating as it's been. Almost all metrics point that Rousseau was one of the most dominant dlineman in the NFL last year. He's not Myles Garrett or a tier one de. It doesn't mean he's not one heck of a player. I have said before he reminds me of Sean Jones and Charles Mann. Neither of those two were Bruce or even DeMarcus Ware. They were still really really good. Rousseau is in that class which is outstanding at the end of rd 1 It was always a joke that buffalo wasn't going to extend one of the most explosive 3tech dts and des in the NFL in Oliver and Rousseau. Especially with Rousseau being 24. If Beane didn't extend Rousseau then I would have fired him on the spot. Ppl comparing him to Edmunds are as clueless as it gets
  8. It's not as big a deal as ppl are making it, but it's definitely embarrassing. The league process or logistics of reporting this seems bizarre
  9. Mack hollins replacement possibly, solid kr guy, great blocker and gadget wr. Kinda reminds me of when Patterson played for the pats
  10. The bills are the early elway broncos with the Montana 49ers in their own conference. It is what it is. I still think we'll win a couple super bowls eventually. McDermott has made me doubt that but I have to hope it will happen. It's part of not being to cynical as a fan. We got a helluva chance with Allen Obviously it's not an excuse but there are so many incompetent teams around the league, I still think it's important to try and enjoy this Allen era and not get so caught up in the ultimate outcome
  11. It's like I said If buffalo drafts 3 stud dlineman and they are all contributing and Garrett or Crosby get hurt none of the Beane detractors are going to tip their cap. I'm not saying there shouldn't be criticism, there has been a few mistakes, but this team is really frickin good. I understand the frustration but the rhetoric is ridiculous. Stuff like "Dane Jackson sucks " I just don't think ppl have a grasp of rosters around the NFL I had to hear all week about how much more talent the ravens had. The truth was that the bills were actually the slightly more talented team. Ppl need to give credit to Beane and compartmentalize the frustration of trying to build a super bowl roster.
  12. It's possible both are on the practice squad after the draft.
  13. It would be a big deal if Bosa or Rousseau got suspended. Not only that but now the contracts are 1/3 cheaper, not guaranteed and allow us to keep to extra dlineman when we need a big influx of draft capital on the dline. The lashing out at Beane is weird energy
  14. I can't wait for opening day. I'm leaning towards DL Darius Alexander as my rd 1 pick based on who I think will be available I hope we play Miami opening day
  15. I was wrong about beating the ravens by 40 although I was being silly on purpose. We were up 21-10 and were very close to blowing them out. But we did control the game. I also said kc was going to be the hardest test and that if we won that we matched up better with the eagles compared to kc Everyone predicted our dline wouldn't hold vs Detroit or stop Henry. Henry had 9 carries for 21 yds in the first half. Outside one drive in the 3rd , Baltimore didn't have much sucess running on us The turnovers we got were a little lucky tho
  16. I don't mind him coming back as a veteran backup.
  17. Kc did it in the 2022 draft class They could still sign Griffin and draft 3 CBS. I'm predicting it
  18. Come on dude. I get the frustration on not winning the Superbowl but come on
  19. I think they are doing both man 3-4 dlineman and 3-4 dbs. A RB as insurance day 3 if cook acts silly and probably a depth TE or Wr I honestly don't even know if guys like Daquan/ Epenesa/ Ingram and Dane make the team after the draft Chris Brown and tasker both implied that the dline and secondary are getting a huge influx of draft capital a month ago
  20. If they draft 4 dlineman, it's possible. I agree it's not likely they cut Epenesa. I think they will bring in Smoot on a vet min
  21. I still think they could sign Griffin but I just don't know if it makes sense if they plan on drafting lots of dbs
  22. This is just my opinion but because I think they want to take advantage of a rich dline class, it wouldn't surprise me if they keep 11 dlineman. And when Hoecht/ Larry O come back they cut Epenesa and Smoot, or Smoot and Jones and put them on the PS. Before Carter hurt his wrist he was starting to take snaps away from Daquan for example They want to overhaul the dline in a big way imo
  23. This is just my opinion but if they draft 2-3 CBS and someone like Hardy ascends, don't you think it's possible guys like Jackson and Ingram are going to be practice squad? I really think they are drafting multiple CBS, like 3 possibly
  24. I don't know. The dline talent is outstanding and is too good to pass up. Corners like Mello Dotson And Longerbeam from Rutgers can be had in rds 4-6
  25. I actually don't mind Dane Jackson as a depth cb but I'm not even sure him and Ingram will make the team after the draft. There are too many good dlineman to not get multiple quality, or even potential game wreckers on the dline with our first 3 picks
