  1. I’m afraid this is just what McD’s teams look like. There are no magical adjustments coming.
  2. Ive run out of patience and want McD gone if the Bills continue to flounder playing the easiest schedule they have had under McD. Carolina will be a good test. I’m afraid the tough games at home will be blow outs. The Bills look broken.
  3. This. Just rip the scab off and get it over. This team was the favorite to win the SuperBowl and looks like the worst team in football. McDermott is terrible and these draft picks are awful. It doesn’t matter who they draft or what free agents the sign, the d line and defense just continue to regress and committing all the resources to the defense doesn’t allow any help for Josh. The Bills won’t get him a wide receiver and instead try to be a dunk and dunk ball control offense.
  4. He should have been gone after 13 seconds. Good guy but the Bills are spinning their wheels and wasting Josh Allan’s prime years under McDermott. He’s committed all resources to the defense and they are worse than ever. McDermott is never going to win a Super Bowl. He is way too cautious and scared.
  5. No. No hot reads at all to counter all the blitzing. It’s insane.
  6. The only big guy they drafted is good. He was the only bright spot tonight. The rest of the team sucks.
  7. He’s always vague. Never gives a straight answer to anything. Never improves either or game plans. The new glasses aren’t helping either. I’m really tired of the same old💩.
  8. The Bills absolutely suck and are getting worse every week. I’ve never had less confidence in this coaching staff. The Bills are never winning a Super Bowl under McDermott. 13 seconds was the highpoint and he blew it. The Bills look clueless. It should have been 28-0 at halftime. The Bills had no screens or quick slants designed for the blitz they knew was coming. Another stupid east west hand off that results in a fumble on a critical down. It’s as if they do no planning or practice during the week. It’s getting worse every week and they haven’t played any good teams yet. How can they look so unprepared?
  9. Wow! The Jets are really really bad. Aaron Glenn is a complete clown. How did he get a coaching job? That was a bizarre ending of the half where the Jets go for 4th and 1 in their own end and then run the clock out with no attempts to move the ball. Change qb’s if you have that little confidence to throw the ball.
  10. Terrible newspaper that went down hill years ago. Won’t be long before they fold.
  11. There is no doubt McD is a good coach. He builds team chemistry and has developed an excellent culture. He has seemed to evolve from his naturally conservative nature and takes more risks than he used too. 13 seconds is unforgivable. His weaknesses are game time high pressure decisions where he just melts. His choices of when to call timeouts or throw the challenge flags is still terrible. I always say nothing good ever happens on the play after a time out. His game planning for playoff games has not been good. He does a decent job against the Ravens but there just seems to be no plan of attack on offense or defense against KC. The Bills just revert to Josh running the ball and playing hero ball when the games get tight. His defensive philosophy against bad teams or bad qb’s work but he has no answers for good offenses and qb’s. i personally believe the Bills will never win a Super Bowl under McDermott but the Bills will never part ways with him. so I’ve resigned myself to enjoying the ride each season watching the most exciting player in the nfl ball out, but knowing if the Bills go on a playoff run that McD will not have them ready for the elite teams.
  12. The Bills are in a tough spot. They don’t have much cap space to work with. I’m sure Bean could get creative and kick the cap situation down the road again but at some point it catches up with you. Cook is a valuable piece to the offense. The second best player after Josh. It will be hard to replace his speed and home run ability. They could get by with Ty Johnson and Ray Davis but they wouldn’t be as good and would be in trouble if either gets injured. I think they will give him an extension of 3 years, 42 million with 30 million guaranteed. Cook would be foolish not to take it. Sure he wants 15 million a year but the market is just not paying that. Perhaps they could add incentives. He wants to be here and the Bills want him. He has a good situation where he doesn’t need to be an every down back and less rushing attempts will extend his playing career. Playing with Josh Allen and a good offensive line makes him a more productive player. He has to realize that and take it under consideration. I don’t think he will be as productive on a lesser team with a bad I line and qb. I will be pissed if he ends up in KC next year. The Bills are in a tough spot.
