The MVS throw IMO was actually perfect. Outside shoulder away from the defender and it was not underthrown. MVS is not good at tracking the ball and really hasn't been in his career. He has good wheels and had a nice playoffs last year, but there is a reason he was available.

To be fair we barely passed the ball. How many pass attempts in the second half, like 5?

If I'm the Dolphins I'm firing the GM, coach and liquidating whatever they have that is valuable. Maybe that has to wait until next offseason, but it's what I would do. They peaked last year, and they still barely beat any teams with a winning record.

I'm not even sure what conclusions to draw from this game vis-a-vis the rest of the season for the Bills. The defense was getting gashed early in the game, but then Tua inexplicably was just giving it away. The offense did enough in the first half, but then the game was so out of reach they went into run out the clock mode. My biggest conclusion from this game is that the Dolphins are trash, and aren't going to sniff the division or playoffs this year (and that was before Tua's injury).

Tua basically gave the game away with poor play. Never interfere with the enemy when he is in the process of destroying himself.

He can get his money, he just needs a doctor to say he medically can't play anymore. Then he can get the injury-guaranteed money in his contract and walk away.

I honestly think Brady would be better than Tannehill, but no way he's leaving his cushy new announcing gig.

This game has been over for all intents and purposes for like 2 hours of real time (that is about when the Bills switched to a run-heavy offense). Pretty dull TBH.

Maybe that's exactly what they do. I know in hockey teams purchase insurance policies on player contracts in case of injury-retirement. Not sure if NFL teams do the same.
