Yea, based on what we've seen I don't anticipate any goal line rushes by him unless the game is on the line (and even then maybe not, seems like a fumble risk).
Some combination of the mix of audio and the cadence of the announcers makes everything extremely flat. I don't think it is all Al Michaels being old. It's the whole production.
I guess Sherman missed when Allen torched the 49ers for 375 yards, 4 TDs and 0 INT. Pretty sure Sherman was the starting boundary corner for that game.
