They have been calling essentially zero offensive holding on the o-line all year. And then they call Torrence who went his entire college career without a holding penalty twice in one drive? How many times has a guard been called for holding in the entire NFL this year? I would be the number is very low. I’m assuming Torrence made a yo mamma joke against the ref or something, because things aren’t adding up.

Jags vs Bills had the most total penalty flags thrown with 25. Also note that the Bills had zero pre-snap penalties, and I think only one offside. So all of the rest of the penalties were what I would call “judgement calls”. Pretty much a brutal ref performance, and I kind of wonder if they were jet legged just like the players and fans.

I don’t know if one team benefitted more, but the refs made this game borderline unwatchable. No way I would have kept watching if I wasn’t a Bills fan.

It’s not just Milano. It’s Jones (if he had a torn pec), and White. There just aren’t replacements for those guys. Teams are going to run all over us, and dominate time of possession the rest of the year. Jones was our run D. Of course we have a chance as long as we have Allen, but I think it is significantly diminished now.

Watching other games just makes it so much more obvious how unwatchable the flag-fest was this morning.

We’ll have to agree to disagree then. Their effort was admirable, but the TOP was 2:1 in favor of the Jags and it wasn’t just because the offense couldn’t get a first down.

Bills defense couldn’t get off the field and the game would have been a blowout if not for big individual plays in the red zone. It was a great effort, but it was their worst game of the year by far and they definitely looked jet lagged.

Both passes were 55-60 air yards while under pressure. People here have completely unrealistic expectations about how far a QB can throw accurately. If you want to blame Allen, blame him for not throwing it sooner, but the distance was as far as he could physically throw it under the circumstances.

Allen actually had a pretty good day. Even if you take away the garbage time drive he has nearly 300 yards and a good completion percentage, and his pick was essentially an arm punt on third down. With the garbage time drive he had 375 total yards and 3 TDs. This game was just cursed.

Jones is just as important IMO. How did the Bengals playoff game go last year without Jones?

How far do you expect Allen to be able to throw it under pressure? That was already like 55 air yards. If you want to get mad at Allen be mad that he went for the huge play instead of something to just get the first down.

It was there. If Cook catches the lateral he probably can get out of bounds for one last heave.

Cook had a terrible game. It’s like he didn’t know the ball was coming to him.
