    Think most people know Purdy is a starting QB, a good QB, but not in the same calibre at the top ones. The system and the rest of the O is behind the success of the 49ers.

    Would like the 49ers to do it but, if they don't, hope the Chiefs do it. Better than Jackson or Goff winning their first before the Bills - and one Bill in particular.

    Purdy first of all; he's a good QB though it's obvious the 49ers are not on his back. Mahomes second. He's won it before so so be it. Don't want Goff or Jackson to get a ring before Josh.

    Yet Josh puts himself forward to be scrutinised for very missed pass, fumble and interception. Bass presented himself despite missing that kick. Sometimes people have to front up.

    This feels like the wrong way round to me. Promote Babich and look elsewhere for the OC. Not seemingly take the DC hunt seriously yet play lip service to OC.
