You gotta get out from under that rock
At no point did Beasley mention, even tangentially, that he was considering opting out. Any speculation on it came from thin air.

It's prudent today given an opt out was raised as a real concern with him.
Raised by whom?

I just don't understand why the Bills would trade anything, period. The Eagles have zero leverage and will be forced to cut him. Seems at this point that they are either holding on out of spite or stupidity. Roseman is an idiot who is trying to get water from a stone.

I suppose that's true though Beasley had already said he's willing to play, hell he's willing to play seemingly without all the precautions so I'm not sure how much of a threat of opting out he really is.
Yes, yes, and you're very upset about it. We know. Can we just have a Cole Beasley vent thread so you can all go there and complain and not spread it to literally any thread he's mentioned in?

I don't think that was the question that was asked.

The problem with this isn't disparaging the Bills' run game, it's holding Singletary almost solely responsible for its failure.

Just like they were supposedly ready to run to the podium on draft day with Najee Harris or...oh for the love of pete I can't remember the Clemson kid's name without googling, cripes, please hold... *muttering under breath* friggin' old, got CRS, ugh... googley google, who is the Clemson kid stuck in hell now, er, I mean, Jacksonville? Etienne, there it is... yeah, we heard a lot through April that the Bills were high on a back but then after the draft came and went, Beane said all that was BS. I'm starting to think that they have someone in the front office who they allow to be a source for the media but probably feed them a ton of misinformation with maybe little bits of truth in between.
And now this dude speculating on a deal for Ertz, yeah, he's closer to the team than the average fan but straight up says he has no inside info on it, so he was likely just writing the column for some clicks. Or... maybe the Eagles are doing their thing in the news and rumors game and leaked out a little info to him but told him to keep a lid on it? Who knows. It's as if these teams never really stop with the smokescreens on one another.
At the end of the day, get Ertz, don't get Ertz, I don't think he's a make or break player for this team. I seriously think Knox will be just fine and is poised for a breakout year. Last we saw of Ertz he really looked like a shell of his former self, as they say. However, if he's healthy and cool with more of a #2 role, then sure, throw them a 5th or a 6th or something and bring him in and let him compete. I just don't have high hopes that he would come here and suddenly return to the player he was from like 2016-2019.
Harris and Etienne were both gone by the Bills pick so I'm not sure how this is analogous at all.

Ertz could have helped make up for the injuries. At 6 5 less seperation is needed.
Beasley shouldn't have even been in the game then IMO.
I won't disagree, but my point is there's more to it than "they were bullied and couldn't fight back"

The Bills O lacks physicality in my humble opinion. Josh Allen lacks a TE security blanket he feels is adequate enough to target. Erts helps in both area's IMO.
The Chiefs manhandling of the Bills WR's showed just how one dimensional the Bills O has gotten IMO.
Literally every WR had a significant injury. That affects their ability to create separation. Beasley could barely walk.

I agree. Beasley made HIMSELF the issue. Now that the Bills can gain almost a foot in height for the cold, windy, snowy half of the Season at O.P., I am delighted. Get er done and see you, anti vax fool!Yes, that was the problem, Beasley not catching the ball when it was thrown his way. What a genius.
May I also remind the militant vaxxers that Beasley played on a freaking broken leg for this team. Just because you disagree with him on one issue doesn't mean that now he's some expendable, average player who doesn't care about the team. He's the second best receiver on a top 3 offense, and the best slot receiver in the NFL.
An Ertz acquisition has nothing to do with Beasley considering they have been trying to get him for months.

I hate Howie Roseman. I've seen some stubborn GMs but this clown is delusional.

Pat mahomes is a literal god to the people of Kansas City. He can do no wrong by them. Comparisons to any other QB are laughable and will get you assaulted if you say otherwise.
I love living in KC but I get dumped on alot for being a proud Bills fan. I get mocked all the time for wearing my Allen jersey
Man, since my experience with KC fans during the 2015 MLB playoffs, this comes as a total shock /s
Buffalo is kinda similar. Only two major sports teams, long history of mediocrity for both, sudden success. KC fans should be a cautionary tale so we don't get too high on our own farts.

Even if he wasn't, it would make more sense to cover Beasley considering the wind was helping to defend intermediate to deep passes.

I think it has to be the 49ers. It sounds emotional and he's always wanted to play for them + volatile QB situation.
I don't believe it was Tannehill. He's pretty good.

Let's focus on what PFF did get right for some positivity. Anyone could have made a mistake and included graphics of bison but PFF used the Buffalo native African water buffalo. At least they do their research, even if sometimes it seems a bit wonky.

Most people will be wrong. His decision making, confidence, and leadership will only grow. PFF are still clinging to their (last) hope that Josh's 2020 was an anomaly.
Yeah I don't really understand the assumption that Josh will trail off a bit. There are people who say that he has the most raw talent of any quarterback EVER. So sure, he finished second in MVP voting and it's hard to see him getting better, but every offseason he says he's going to work on something, be it deep passes, reading defenses, etc. And every single year there is a massive improvement for him in that department. This time it's inbreaking routes, which would give the offence another dimension, and kinda squash any notions of stopping the offense by watching a ton of film.
I just think Allen is going to get to a point where he simply doesn't have weaknesses.

A tidbit on the UniWatch page today has a quote from the Rams COO Kevin Demoff revealing that there is a league rule that prevents teams from showcasing new uniforms — unless it is a complete redesign for all team unis, where they traditionally are showed near the NFL Draft — until after 1 July.
So if any team is going to have a new alternate or throwback, as the Browns & 49ers have been heavily rumored to have developed, it comes a little later.
There’d been rumors of the one-shell rule for helmets ending this season, which would create many more opportunities for throwbacks, but so far there’s been nothing official. Once it does end, it’d be great to see the ‘90s throwback for a game or two a year… taking the place of the red ketchup bottle Color Rush set. With the league adding more games, it seems worthy to slightly increase the number of uni choices, especially for throwback options.
As for the Rams debuting a new alt, let’s just hope for something without gradients and off-white / “Bone.”
Thank god. I think the Rams had awesome uniforms while they were still in STL but now I think that gradient yellow and bright blue just look awful. Idk if they are the worst unis in the NFL but it's close.

Don’t get me wrong, I like that he ranked Josh 2nd and it’s a good thread. I’m just not a huge fan of Simms for that reason I stated.
I'm not a huge fan of Simms and all the things like that but in this case, I don't really see JA @ #2 as a stretch. Are people forgetting that Rodgers had basically a career year in 2020? Why would we expect a repeat while also expecting Josh to regress? Rodgers blew his 2018 and 2019 numbers out of the water.

It's California. I believe by virtue of being an Uzi, it's illegal whether he legitimately purchased and paid for it elsewhere or not

Isn't a semi auto uzi technically classified as a pistol?

Given that, how on earth does Allen not have a major brand advertising agreement yet??
What, West Herr isn't big enough?
The irony to me is that Allen is a lot more of an interesting, funny and charismatic person than the guys getting these spots, like Aaron Rodgers. DK Metcalf is hilarious though.

I don’t like any possibility of playing in Toronto or at Penn State.
Seems very Pegulish, even ridiculous, to mention Penn State, when all they have to do extend the lease until the new facility is built.
I guess they would play at BMO Field? Dunno how that would work out with MLS and the CFL. Ugh please don't play the Bills here, Toronto is awful.

Hurr hurr good one! I guess to not be a part of the elitist ####### club, just has to be assumed I didn't get my own shot, right?
You use a driver's license because society has decided it is safest. We haven't had that conversation yet because you science worshippers (until the science isn't convenient) just screech at people until they do what you want.
I already brought up my own shot and how this isn't about being anti vaccine, it's about not being authoritarian (*^*&%^$^#and letting people live their lives. I can see that assuming my positions is far easier for you, though, so knock yourself out.

If that were the case it would've happened already. Teams would want to incorporate Ertz asap. This is a bad look for the Eagles. You don't treat one of your team's all time greats this way.
