Technically, this started after round three ended.
I’m pretty sure that a jellyfish would be a useless animal when it comes to playing in an NFL game. Don’tcha think?
I dunno. If you splayed out a Man o' War at mid field, you could just stop any potential home run via instant paralysis.

That's honestly perfect. It's a gladiator sport
Might as well die with some honor doing their job. The gladiators did kill silverback gorillas..
So if Kiko Alonso gets his arm ripped off.. hes just a wimp
As the Vikings say...your fate is already decided by the (football) gods.
Literal Vikings, not the football team.

Forget teaching it how to catch a football, that guy has a cannon. Just give it the ball and make the receivers piss it off. It will chuck 80 yard passes while stiff arming 3 or 4 pass rushers

I'm sure a gorilla can catch. Good luck trying to tackle that silverback
Problem with silverbacks is you'd have to somehow ensure it didn't just kill anyone who tried to tackle it.

In reading about this guy's intensity, dedication, and loyalty, and learning of his absolutely insane athletic ability and physical prowess and watching clips of him in action....
I am quickly going from "Who? What? Why?!?!" to "this is my favorite pick of the draft".
This dude is an absolute unit, and I predict that it will not be long at all before Bills fans are extremely thankful that he's on our team.Yeah, same. That ceiling is insane, I think it's crazy this guy slipped so far down. I guess he's a bit of a project, but so is Rousseau.

Ok, so I’m in a funny mood right now and just out of morbid curiosity, I wanted to get a few laughs in here. We all know Beane is a wizard, so what if he trained a cheetah or a silverback gorilla to catch a football and run towards the end zone , would it theoretically be allowed? Is there any NFL rule that says animals are forbidden to play? Lololol I’m sure PETA would protest.
A buffalo playing for the Bills would be pretty cool. It would definitely be a DT though.

You sound like you're a blast at parties.

IDK why so many are doubting that Beane will address CB in some capacity. When has he just threw his hands up and said "oh well, let's hope this is good enough"? Every year he brings in proven vets to compete at spots that didn't get addressed through the draft to his liking, this year will be no different.
Also, its not a given that Wallace has plateaued, and Johnson is more than solid in the Nickel role. Levi was a UDFA, Taron 5th round, stop sleeping on the mastermind and... trust the process.
There are decent options still floating around in FA.

He needs technique refinement
I get that, but Jesus, how do his measurables alone not get him drafted way sooner?

So we got the Josh Allen of DEs and the Josh Allen of OTs
Is that going to be a new thing? The "Josh Allen of X"? That would be awesome.

I don't like this pick as I saw a few scouting reports and therefore know more than the Bills

I haven’t been super impressed with Epenesa as a whole. I’ve questioned him in this thread. It feels like he projects out to Chris Kelsey. Better than serviceable. I will say I thought AJ was able to be pretty disruptive at time’s at the very backend of the season. It seems like he started to make the most of his limited snaps. No preseason, had to change his style of play and body type. That stuff takes awhile, and he was looking pretty promising by the end of the year. It boggles my mind that some people are already labeling him a bust.

Infectious personality. We all know that counts on this team.
He also seemed genuinely excited to get drafted by the Bills.

Possibly, I don't know enough about him. I'm just saying you pick at 30 and it's hard to get a get up and shout type pick.
Not hating on the prospect at all.
The way I see it, Beane capitalized on a Covid opt out who had a mediocre pro day who was set to be a top 10 pick after his 2019 season. That's absolutely the type of guy you target at the end of the first.

I'll have to second this, it's hard to jump through the roof for a guy at pick 30. If he was that great in college he wouldn't be there at 30.
If he had played last year, he wouldn't have been there at 30.
