  1. Not true. Walsh proved that cheatriots did cheat, again. But most cheatriots fans think it is ok to cheat, that's why they think it is 'nothing'. * and 1
  2. These new tapes showed cheatriots also taped offensive signals.
  3. I say we fire all our scouts. One day before 2009 draft, we hire a college intern, ask him to randomly choose 500 mock drafts, and average all players' projected locations. Then, we have our 2009 draft board.
  4. No, because CB's job is to prevent opponent's WR getting open and force QB to look at other opinions. If a QB kept throwing to the player he covered, it means the CB doesn't do his job even though he may get some interceptions because of bad throws.
  5. You probably need to find a Eagles forum and join the discussion of Jackson there.
  6. But it still doesn't stop cheatriots fans talking about 16-0 in 2008. 16-0 in 08 is feasible
  7. This may be the only thing I'm not worried for the next game.
  8. As a Stanford fan, I don't have much confidence in this game. Stanford guards are the weakest among sweet 16 teams, maybe even the weakest in the whole tourmanent. I also don't see them shooting 50% from 3 point line again to stop Texas double-team Lopez twins. Don't get me wrong, I like to see Stanford win this game, but with the game played in Houston, I just have a bad feeling. Stanford's only chance is to keep it a half-court low-scoring game. Even donig so, there is no guarantee the win. Lopez twins carry Stanford the whole season, but the next game is really a tough one. Damn, am I worried?
  9. Indeed, especially the non-call on the last play. A&M should get two free throws to tie the game.
  10. I guess it's people from the boat kill Karl and Roussou. They are the military men departed from Witmore's boat by Frank's helicopter in last week's episode.
  11. Does Patriots' offseason HGH program start this early?
  12. Malcolm Kelly stock drops I talked to an AFC scout last night who said that several teams were losing patience with Kelly, who will supposedly perform at a private workout in Norman on April 9. If he has an outstanding showing, Kelly could vault back into the top 20, but right now he's fallen behind Cal's DeSean Jackson and Michigan State's Devin Thomas on many draft boards around the league.
  13. I think you are already very disappointed in the outcome of Superbowl 42. Picture of the Year
  14. I see a problem. With everything goes back to 2007, some Pats trolls may think they are still fighting for 19-0 season and post greatest-team-ever trash. Should I remove my avatar so it won't surprise them?
  15. You forgot to mention that Lions switched to Tampa 2 after hiring Marinelli as head coach and Donnie Henderson as their defensive coordinator before 2006 season. Other than Kennedy, Lions need another elite safety to play along side him. They did draft a safety, Daniel Bullocks, in second round last year. Bullocks played both strong safety and free safety in college and is listed as FS by Lions. It's not that different between SS and FS in Tampa 2 and Bullocks actually filled in for Kennedy when Kennedy was out several games last season. Bullocks is pencilled in as starter this year. Did Lions consider Whitner a good fit to play with Kennedy in Tampa 2? No one can prove or disprove it other than Lions' officials. However, Whitner did have an exceptional workout at combine and ran 4.40 in 40 yard dash, same as Bullocks. Right after the combine last year, I remember there were even reports saying some teams considered to move him to CB. Out of the Donte Whitner sweepstakes??? Try again.
  16. You are really good at shifting the focus. I agree that there are other scenarios Marv could have done, but I don't agree with your "Whitner was picked too early" statement.
  17. Thanks for your another opinion. If you really wanted to discuss whether Whitner was picked too early, try to bring in Detroit when you make any so-called educated guess.
  18. Only in your head they are exactly the same. Thanks for your opinion based on nothing. Next !!
  19. There are many scenarios Bills could have done in last year's draft. Some people may prefer one case, others may prefer another. Most important, no matter what Marv did, he wouldn't be able to satisfy everyone. However, when Dawgg claimed that the statement of "Whitner was picked too early" was right, I was so curious to see what he based on. This is not about whether Bills should have trade down from #8 spot, this is about what makes Dawgg so sure that Whitner was picked too early when it's impossible to prove it. Please don't confuse "Whitner was picked too early" to "Bills could have traded down", they are different. Since Dawgg admitted he based on nothing to make the statement, I got what I wanted to know. BTW, I also criticize some of Marv's moves, but I always try to avoid making statements based on nothing. (cough....Dawgg....cough....) Now, please go back to argue which scenario you like most.
  20. Thank you for admitting that your statement regarding to "Whitner was picked too early" was based on nothing and was merely your own opinion. Thanks for playing
  21. I don't see one is obviously better than the other. Of course, you can have a different opinion. BTW, why do you keep ignoring people's questions on your "too early" statement? Where is your proof that Whitner was picked too early? Is it just your opinion based on mock drafts? I assume you do know the difference between "Whitner was picked too early" and "Bills could have traded down".
  22. Just a reminder, all of above has nothing to do with "Whitner was picked too early" statement. You only list what Bills could have done differently and, in your opinion, you like these scenarios more. However, there is still no proof that Whitner was picked too early and it seems like the "too early" statement is your own opinion again.
  23. Thanks for your opinion. I'd prefer to wait for few more years to make this kind of statement. This depends on how front office rates the players in each position and the gap between them. Bills seem to deem "Whitner+McCargo" as a better combination than "Bunckley/Ngata+a 2tier SS". (One thing funny is that people used Bunckley to criticize Whitner pick right after 2006 draft and they switch to use Ngata now) See above right, every 4th round SS will be a success and every 6th round QB will win you three superbowls... BTW, I don't see any of your statements explaining Whitner was picked too early? Where is the proof that Whitner would be available few picks later?
  24. He is right???? Based on what? Mock drafts?
