Yeah, I think the QB movement is really going to impact a lot. But also, the QB’s are old or erratic enough that I could teams still going for their rookie guy. I don’t see the Bills using too much draft ammo to move up though, just because I think the talent is so deep at skill positions. I would say they move up for a DE or OLB, but I think there’s really only 1 strong player at each spot and we can’t move up that high. Jags are yours

I really think we will trade up to the mid teens, as it won’t cost much, and get one of them top 4 WR’s. But wouldn’t be surprised to see an OLB or DE if someone falls. I’m honestly just going to trust the process.

Think about it though. If they trade back to 5 with Miami, they will still probably get him. That’s the beauty of it for Detroit.

I absolutely think Miami will need to move up to 3 for Tua. The top 2 picks are locks and the Giants won’t trade out. That leaves the #3 pick with Detroit as the hot pick. Everyone knows Miami wants Tua and that’s the spot to jump to in order to get him. I see Carolina as the biggest competition to move up for him.

It’s interesting to me how having kids changed my perspective. I was never a fan of him as a player for the reasons you said. I also thought he held the franchise hostage his last few years by not walking away, knowing they also wouldn’t release him. The scandal, I’ll never know what happened. I know that she went to his hotel room willingly at an inappropriate hour and after that, who knows. But all I can think about today are what those last moments were like for him and his daughter. To be completely helpless around the person you swear to protect. His attention, and support, of his children has grown tremendously since his retirement and is well documented. I also think about the wife and mother receiving that phone call. For those reasons, I can only think of the man as he was when he died. The rest, in this moment, is irrelevant and it’s a tragedy. Any focus on the flaws in his life is more about that person needing a soapbox to be heard on. Think about those things if you’d like, but it doesn’t need to be said right now. You are making it about yourself if you do.
