Not a huge play by any means, but my favorite play of the game was in the first quarter, Knox catches a pass in the flat and trucks Holland. I thought that it was definitely a tone setter
We were missing both starting safeties, Dane Jackson and Tre White .... and Benford broke his hand during the game. We had Ja'Marcus Ingram -a PS callup - getting major snaps.
Regardless, unless the Bills field a ST unit of eleven 17-year old girls, Araiza isn't scoring.
Might be an improvement over the ST units we've seen of late, considering the debacle on Monday night, and the long return allowed in the Miami WC game.
People are indeed "stupid af".
Araiza seems like a really high-character individual, and he clearly has an NFL leg. Why hasn't any other team signed him to their PS or active roster?
I’m sure that the analytics crowd will kill me for this, but given the way that the game had played out (two impotent offenses, Rodgers out, etc.), I thought that taking the ball to start OT was dumb.
Tre was bad in run support last night (coverage was just fine), but "All Pro Po" was beyond abysmal. Slow, poor tacking, bad angles in pursuit - we're seeing why he re-signed here this past off-season, with his tail tucked between his legs.
it took them 1:42 to move 42 yards. There appeared to be little or no sense of urgency on the drive, almost like the clock read 4:48, instead of 1:48 when the Bills started the possession.
As well as Hill and Tua played, I think it'd be disingenuous to not admit that, if not for 2 mind-numbingly dumb plays by J.C. Jackson, the Chargers win.
Fair enough, but I much preferred the 30 for 30 episodes about The U. The off-field transgressions of the players and program were discussed and not glossed over.
