First...this guy sucks as a wizad. He needs to magic himself up junk that at least gravity has some sort of affect on.
Second, I thought the cops handled it well. They gave him plenty of opportunity to cooperate and tried to originally take him down as gentle as possible as first. If they wanted to, any one of thm could have given Gandolf the Tiny a major beatdown.
Think of all the therapy this guys going to need now that the world has seen all that he has to offer. Dude won't ever get a date again.
Read the article real quick. On the surface he seems to have a decent stance and set of ideas. The article really didn't get into the details....I'll await Big Cat's report.
One piece I didn't care for:
Does anyone really thing, these institutes really don't have an agenda, or that their report accuracy/depth is really up to par? Not just from this article, but everyone justifies their stance with a report or findings put together by a bunch of jokers from an independent think tank. Now I'm painting with a broad brush, but the studies from these "tanks" that I've actually taken the time to look at tend to be shoddy at best, specifically when it comes to stating a correlation as a causal.
Which eventually requires private investment. These tax increases (specifically capital gains) make such investments much less attractive because of the increased risk.
I work right in the Wildwood complex across the street. I haven't been there or heard about it, but there's a ton of plazas/restaraunts in this area. I'll take a look & report back.

We pay about 7% taxes/etc. included. Granted we're DINKs and bought the hosue eight years ago when our income was significantly less. Thought about getting a bigger place, but we don't use the upstairs in this house as it is.
"If you don't understand a company's product or how it makes money, avoid it. " - Warren Buffet
I know it doesn't completely apply. You know how roofing makes money. To me it seems there is a lot of ticks that add up to too much risk, not to mention the strain it may cause with your wife.
As others said, is there any way to "ease" into the business instead of jumping in the deep end?
They're actually allowing us to leave and watch it, schedule permitting of course. And for those who just can't tear themselves away from HQ it'll be on the big screen projector in the media room.
I say Swedish Fish and Triscuits for all!
If that's the only qualification, you can get a hatchet man for a lot less than what they pay/paid him. Now, he doesn't bear sole responsibility, but Home Depot is still trying to undo some of Nardelli's "Strategy."
