    All you have to add to your repertoire of replies is a few “why do you hate America”s and “you should move to Russia”s and you will become not necessarily a high-brow Tiberius, but a higher-brow Tiberius. I occasionally use Listerine but generally prefer something less medicine-y.

    Are you unfamiliar with hyperbole? Seems more likely you are going for the literal as a way to be disingenuous. If you are, in fact, new to hyperbole I am going to go out on a limb here and consider that he may have been referring to things like drag queen story hour for kids, inappropriate library materials at schools, offensive fake nuns, twerking at parades and the like.
