    He's not changing his coaching style or talent evaluation (culture over talent). I'm not sure small incremental improvement is going to accomplish anything meaningful.

    Do you read the Bible? I think you take things too literally. The season is not lost, however I feel I know what McDermott is, and to a lesser extent what Allen is. IMO this team will never compete for a championship with McDermott as coach. I'm not even sure he will win an important regular season game let alone a playoff game. He's just too easy to out-coach.

    Do you not understand how to discuss football? The vast majority of the time McDermott has faced a "good team", he has lost. Do you nitpick this much when discussing football in public?

    I think pointing at 6-3 as asinine justification is the willful ignorance part of the equation. The Bills can't beat good teams, not just this season, but all seasons McDermott has been HC. That's about as big a red flag as a coach could have.

    Me personally? No, because I'm looking at how he has evaluated talent, drafted, and coached since he got the job. I don't at all like what I see.

    I get the recycle repeat problem, but do you really want to stick with a HC that has a dinasaur coaching mentality? This franchise will just spin its wheels some more while other rebuilding teams pass them.

    I would like to see McDermott fired yes, am I calling the Bills tomorrow and demanding they do so? No I am not... Unfortunately, I think we're stuck with him and his inept coaching style for a while longer.

    I'm doing none of those. And I know McDermott isn't going anywhere, the Bills don't have foreward thinking ownership. In the end, McDermott will be just as trash as Rex was, just a different kind.
