The gameplan did not help lamar at all today.
I don't know how many times I shook my head at the TV today trying to figure out exactly what the hell they were thinking on offense.

Thanks. I really wanted to put him in over Dak, but Dak really does string together some very good games, and can do a little more (not much mind you) off script than Goff. I could be convinced otherwise probably.
Definitely close, but I probably have some recency bias.
I might be tempted to drop Hurts before Prescott.

I like this one, but I think I'd try to find a way to squeeze Goff in there somehow.
He's been really, really good

He's also tied to a QB who is not perfect.
I would categorize that as a very diplomatic, possibly even very generous description of Lamar Jackson.

I lived in the sticks between Waterville and Belfast for a little over a year.
I absolutely loved the people up there.

No doubt. He's the pass catcher we hope we have in Kincaid but he trucks people like Knox. That said he still looks nuttier than squirrel turds.
You live Dahneast; I think you'd be used to that.

Not everyone you have made that response to called Campbell a stupid moron.
I never assumed they did, and said half to make that clear.

Kittle looks like he'd be in the basement killing rats with Charlie from Sunny in Philadelphia.
Did you see those two blocks he threw to spring McCaffrey on that huge play late that put them in scoring position?
He may be a different kind of dude, but damn he can play ball.

I was surprised at how ineffective he was running the ball today. That run he had early on a 4th and 1, the 1st or 2nd year Lamar Jackson would have broken it for a TD. I knew he would hit the wall eventually but he's only 27... If he has lost that magical ability, I don't know if his passing is good enough to win a Super Bowl. Not as long as he's got #17 and #15 standing in his way.
That's right about the age when those legs start losing that otherworldly jump.
If he can't learn to win from the pocket real soon, he's going to be an afterthought in the great NFL QB conversations.

I dunno. Neither do you. It could be him being aggressive. It could be him not trusting the kicker. It isn't often someone hears this argument for not kicking though. What I do know is their kicker is 37 of 48 lifetime kicking 40-49 yards including 1 of 1 this year and 8 of 10 last year.
I never claimed to know.
That's why I'm not running around calling people stupid morons for in-game decisions they made.
Half those same people would be calling Campbell a moron if he put the FG team out there on 4th/2 and his kicker missed.

I hear you, but do you want to end up as the last city in the whole league without a championship? I know I don't.
It's nothing against Lions fans. If my team and city hadn't suffered so much and gone through endless playoff heartbreak I would've gladly rooted for them today. Detroit has had plenty of success in other sports
I honestly don't care enough about them to feel good or bad for them.
Just think it's kind of weird when somebody wants others to suffer.

Dan Campbell hits on 20 playing Blackjack.
45+yrds FG on bad grass can be dicey propositions and we didn't see what the Lions crappy K was doing pregame, so I don't think either of those calls was necessarily "wrong"

How did the Lions kicker look in pregame kicking outside of 45yrds on that grass?
I'm assuming you are there and were watching him.
