I was more thinking about an ability to relate to younger players.
This group of kids does not need somebody to relate to them, imo.
They need adult supervision.

I love how the guys that are now pointing at Allen as what every high ceiling guy can do, when most of them laughed when we took him and no one expected Josh Allen to become JA17
I don't know that anybody else actually has that ceiling.
Our boy is an alien.....

Simon: I am a UCLA grad (grad school, but I can’t help but be a fan), so I have seen a fair bit. He is really good, and also everyone has the occasional bad game. I mean, he is a CONSENSUS #1 pick. So it’s not just me.
I don't know enough to declare you or the consensus is wrong, just thought it odd that the only time I've ever seen him he looked like a scared, hungover freshman that was utterly incapable of executing an NFL offense.

He is really, really good. I expect him to succeed.
I've only ever watched him play part of one game and he was so awful, I literally would have just taken him off my draft board rather than spend a Day 1 pick on him.

The maitre'd is on the stage, is that allowed?
Only if he's carrying an oversized sheperd's crook.

It tends to get even worse day 2 so a plea from me to stay on top of it. I know it's not easy and we appreciate you trying!
I'm leaving for Michigan tomorrow morning and will be off the clock.
Sorry.

Should clarify whether spoilers are allowed or not
No spoilers.
No tipping picks.
People have been quickly removed for both.

Any opinions on what is the best channel to have on in the background during the draft?
My preference would be the most analytical, football-focused crew with the least amount of screeching, self-promoting attention ho's.

Y'all have fun....
Customary reminder:
No tipping picks, spoilers, etc.
People have been, and will be rapidly removed for it.

False that was Harry Anderson or some such character.
I know nothing about the Hauschka thing but Tre Hendrickson has absolutely gone for Allen's legs with dirtbag moves, not just once, but at least twice.

I didn't say toughness, I said dirty.
Dirty gets you nowhere.
I'd rather add legit toughness, not slimy little skulkers.

That's the kind of dirty this team of boy scouts needs
Yeah, trying to injure people from the backside away from the play really shows toughness.

Based on the results so far, there are at least 26 highly delusional people on this forum.
I don't think anybody is suggesting they are going to spread the ball around and piece together scoring drives.
More like, under perfect conditions with good protection, I can go 11-50 for 67 yards with 0 TD's, 7 INT's and 2 first downs.

SS and RB are the two funnest positions on the field.
I'll take the Jordan Poyer role, please and thank you.

I would just rear back and fire a bomb, which would be about 15 yards at the most, followed by a dislocated shoulder.
Just go with the 'ol Archie Manning

Probably nothing outside the hashes because I'm too old and DBs are too athletic, but with enough attempts I could probably hit some digs and curls and maybe a few pop passes if I had a good TE.
Maybe a 20%-25% completion rate?

There will be no blood letting in Sabreland, other than a bunch of assistant coaches. The Sabres are done changing coaches every two years. This is still a young team and it just takes longer to develop in the NHL. It sucks but that's how it is.
Ummmm, you might want to look above your post.
