He has only failed because of personal issues. Everybody agrees his physical talent is that of a #1 WR, he’s unquestionably more physically talented than anybody on our roster at WR. So if he suddenly saw the light and this isn’t just offseason BS to get signed, we would be complete fools to

not bring him back. More likely than not, it’s not 100% accurate from the Bills perceptive. Let’s see if somebody tries to sign him.

R u saying he acted out when with the Bills? There were no reports or even whispers about that. Of course we don't hear everything. But I think it is accurate he started on the bottom of the roster and was getting more and more reps.

Part of me thinks that in a criminal case if they are not charged or found not guilty, you shouldn’t be able to be sued civilly. But that would be a perfect world where every case was concluded with true justice. But unless new evidence is brought forward, I don’t think one should be allowed to delay filing for years.

LOL it absolutely does. She knew as a freshman he had no money,  but there was always the chance he would become a professional athlete. There is no doubt they were waiting to see the outcome and filed as he was drafted. There was no need to wait all these years except now he has money, that is perfect logic.

So by your logic, OJ should not have been allowed to be sued by Ronald Goldman's parents?

This chick is setting women back. The veil on 'believe all women' has been lifted thankfully, in exchange for a more even handed - wait till all facts come out. Not all men are guilty, not all women play fair...

Both men and woman are capable of heinous chitttt. Hopefully this goes by quickly.

Nobody knows the facts but she came forward immediately after the attack which lends to her credibility.

If she was assaulted and a star athlete was let off the hook it discourages more women to come forward.

No one knows the facts here.  Maybe the case was not good enough to prosecute. Maybe an attack did occur. If it did I hope she can get some form of justice even if monetary and can recover.

If it was consensual then I hope this goes away soon and Hairston can move on with his career.

Imagine when we line Hawes next to Brown.  That is a ton of attitude, toughness, and tenacity.

100% agree. They can go ultra heavy with Hawes on one side and Anderson on the other. D won't know what way they are going

People keep giving Stefanski a pass for the train wreck that is Cleveland.  Yeah, they have and idiot GM, but without evidence on the field you can't justify ranking Stephanski with the best coaches in the league.  I question Tomlin's ranking as well.  Yes, he's had success over a long tenure, but the last several years, the Steelers have tended toward mediocrity.  I don't like the Jim Harbaugh  selection either.  Yeah, he's a good coach with some history before he fled the NFL for Michigan, but PFF seems to buy into the Harbaugh mystique and bluster instead of looking at recent history, because he has precious little.

Harbaugh won a national championship and had San Francisco one play away from a SuperBowl title. You may not like the guy, but you can't dismiss his accomplishments. He's won everywhere he has been.

Regardless of SB wins McD is currently a top 10 coach. A SB appearance gets him in the top 5. A SB win puts him in the hall of fame.

Bills fans will never be fully happy without the SB win. Me included. But we all know, that if we win the SB this year, at the moment McD and Allen are hosting up the Lombardi; the negative Nancys on here will say the need to win again next year or it means nothing!

Im not sure he is a top 10 coach. He builds a good culture. Not sure he is a top 10 game day coach.

If we win the SB I will eat crow. Until then McDermott is a major question mark.

To his defenders I repeatedly ask and never get an answer. How many years of failure is enough before trying something different???? For me it's was two years ago when Jim Harbaugh or Ben Johnson could have been hired.

  7. I was going to pick the same guy. If Bishop is a bust I could see Hancock making a push to start at Safety. At a minimum would love to see him outplay Cam Lewis and be the third safety.

Good choice! Once the pads come on he is guaranteed to get in a fight with someone!

  8. They should have gotten rid of him for Jim Harbaugh two years ago.  He's Dungy 2.0 with the best QB in franchise history history who can't win the big game. Ironically if Allens wins one SuperBowl, then McDermott probably makes the HOF. If Bills don't make the SuperBowl this year, he hopefully is fired.

All we can hope for is a SuperBowl win or an embarrassing playoff loss to move on. We are stuck in purgatory right now. The games are fun to watch, but failing to win a championship with the best QB in the NFL is inexcusable. I know this has been argued ad nauseum but many of us only care about a SuperBowl Championship now. Playoff appearances just aren't good enough.

People said the same thing about Reeves with Elway and Schottenhemier with his various superstar players and playoff failures. Reeves at least made it to the SuperBowl.  They even said the same thing about Shula with Marino.

All that said, let's just play the games and see what happens in January.

Honestly it is speeding so it's obviously not murder

But I can tell you right now I've never gone 110 mph .. and it's not because I'm soft

It's because it's a fatal speed and you don't need to be doing that.. 15 mph over the speed limit is even a lot on the Thruway

So I definitely don't judge you because all my friends drive that fast.. but he's also a new NFL quarterback and you're not.. so it's a bad look for him who's supposed to be a leader

I literally wrote its a bad look. I agree. I doubt this will affect his ability to be a leader in the locker room.  If he wins the job and wins game nobody will care. If he scrubs out of the NFL people will look back at the pre-draft dinners and the speeding tickets and say he was a bust waiting to happen.

Still stunning a player that multiple teams took to dinner as if he was a first round prospect lasted until the 5th round.  Has to be more than just his play on the field.

FYI I agree, it's a ludicrous speed but driving through western Ohio and Indiana is as bad as driving though Kansas.

I should be a better person but I do enjoy driving fast.

Terrible news for bills fans…. Until he gets injured and misses the playoffs

Hamlin, Rapp, Benford, Bishop, and now the rookie have all been injured too.  Not to mention White.

Even if he plays 7 games, like the last few years, they are better. The Bills are competing for the bye. If he contributes to 1 win, we’d be better off with him elsewhere.

Best hope is Pittsburgh and Cinci make that division competitive and take a few games from them.  Of course winning week 1 head to head helps.

All fair and it’s not denigrating Kelly in anyway (at least it isn’t intended to). He is a HOFer and he belongs there. He just a HOFer in the same way that Mike Mussina is a HOFer not in the way that Willie Mays is a HOFer.

I’d argue, that he was the Jalen Hurts of his era. Hurts has been a Pro Bowler. Hurts has been an all pro. Hurts has led an elite roster to the Super Bowl multiple times. Hurts has consistently been one of the better QBs in the league but never considered at the top. The biggest difference is that Hurts has been elite in the Super Bowl. They are a lot more alike than people want to admit. If Hurts wins another, which he may, we are in for some tough conversations around here.

Kelly in retrospect is much better than Kelly in actuality. The nostalgia of those teams have clouded the reality that Kelly was a very good QB and Marv a pretty good coach. Bruce was the guy. Thurman was next. Andre and Kelly were similar. The role players were outstanding and they were really good at the LOS. Those teams were so good. Much in the way though that Eagles fans want Hurts in the conversation with Burrow/Allen/Lamar/Mahomes, Bills fans want Kelly in the conversation with Marino/Elway/Montana and then Young/Favre.

There is no way to sugar coat this. Kelly was absolute trash in the playoffs. QB rating of 73 with 28 INT against only 21 TDs

Allen's rating is 101.7 with 25 TD and 4 INT.

*I've argued Moulds is a better WR than Reed. Talent wise he is but you can't discount the production Reed had.

Allen is a far better QB than Kelly but that does not mean Kelly is not a HOF all time great QB. Both can be true. Allen is just that talented. Not his fault he has not been to multiple SuperBowls.
